I think that because the Animatronics have emotions, they do have awareness of these things. Chica probably doesn't like eating garbage but she feels like she has to because she ALWAYS feels hungry. Roxanne cries when she can't catch Gregory and feels like she isn't good enough. Monty probably feels pressured to be like Bonnie now that Bonnie is canonical gone. You are allowed your own takes. I am not saying that you have to agree with me.
