Jack is so thoughtful and articulate. I think being a bit older and having experience in an authority role of teacher has allowed him to process his basic training experience differently from most. I enjoyed hearing his insights as well as the details.
After watching this, it is obvious why many would vote for Jack. He has done amazing and yet stayed humble. Thanks for sharing we this was most interesting.
Jack, thank you for being so open and sharing your journey! I'm 53, so you are both still young to me! Congratulations on such an impressive resume already! Jenna I hope you don't mind an oldie watching but ,I just love watching your content and channel ❤
Very interesting and impressive! I think sticking to basic was a given after Jack was relentless in pursuing multiple auditions…what an honor….would love to know the history of the Hellcats…thanks Jack (and Jenna) for sharing 🙌🏼
I’m in my 40’s and feel so young and consider myself young because I am…ha! I just had my first baby.💜 You will see, adult life moves fast. You two are great!
Yess!!! You are YOUNG! Big congratulations on your baby🥰 Sending all the warm wishes on your new bundle of joy! You're so right, adult life moves fast! I'm not ready!!🤣
Fun to hear about Jack’s experience😊 so happy you guys will able to set down roots and stay in one place 👍 happy for both of you that your work is something that excites you and you can use your talents 😊 thanks for the bonus vlog 👋see ya Wednesday
Thank you for this information. Thank you for your Service. My 2 Brothers are Navy Veterans and am Married to A Viet Nam Navy Veteran. Here"s to A great Future for Both of You.
Wow- so raw and real!! Jack really displays and speaks the beauty of our military! Luv that- so thank u for that! It was a tough 10 weeks for Jenna”s viewers as well. My husband joined the Air Force at 32 as a Capt in the medical field. Loved everything about the military and am very proud to have been afforded that opportunity. It’s awesome that u r in ur lifetime career! You are the epitome of our great military and have the opportunity to have a great job-you earned that!!Wishing you both a beautiful life and military career!!! Thank u for another amazing video ❤
Love your comment so much and hearing a bit of y'all's story! You nailed it by saying "proud to be afforded that opportunity" - Jack and I relate so much! Big thank you to you and your husbands service! 🇺🇸❤️ what an amazing career your husband had!
Im also 29 years old leaving for bct October 3rd. I'll love to know more about how to become a pj and soldier of the cicle, like how to prepare for or what should i know before. Thank you for all you do.
Good luck in BCT!! Jack says that much of the PG selection process is left up to the drill sergeants (his decided to allow the platoon members to vote, others just appointed them without much hesitation). The main thing in your control will be your physical readiness. Look up the three conditioning drills, PRT exercise, etc and get your body used to those movements. Lastly, be mentally and emotionally flexible- no amount of planning will be 100% correct. Adapt to all new situations as quickly as possible.
I am looking into joining the Air Force at 26, and I feel like I am “too old,” however I feel like having the life experience is also an important opportunity that people can benefit from.

You and Jack are such a cute couple. You compliment each other very well!!
Thank you so much 🥰
I went to basic at 23… and my nickname was grandma 😬
Omg!! 🤣 I could see it though. The 18-year-olds are ruthless 😂😂😂
40 isn't old either, Jack! 😁

Does Jack have to keep his hair short now - cuz it suits him! ❤
He says thank you!! He doesn't have to be bald like how he was in basic training, but just cleaned up & within regulation!!
