Hello couldn't get my Sapphire ID, check from my server how you did on the video, the last option on my own is role, and i even tried to get it from Sapphire dashboard, still couldn't get it.
When you assign the ticket command message to another channel other than the channel where you place your "create a ticket" panel it doesn't open a ticket.
But 2nd time ye aaraha ```Invalid Form Body components[0].components[3].custom_id[COMPONENT_CUSTOM_ID_DUPLICATED]: Component custom id cannot be duplicated```
I am not sure but you can try creating the first ticket message and then edit it and use it in another channel, you might not be able to change the ticket opening message because they are connected.
I had the same issue, I just solved it. In the first step where you edit the Sapphire message, you have to type in what he types in the video. You can copy it right here: $new ${userid} Support

You have to turn on developer mode from the user settings first

You have to send "s!send 1" to the channel where you want to send the message and then delete your initial message

I think you have used the wrong message format. It should be -
$new ${userid} Support

There are no options in pannel config
You have to select a panel by going in the panel configs or you have to create a new one by pressing the green add button

Didn’t understand properly, you cannot see other members ticket unless your are admin, owner or have the appropriate permission.
