Have you followed steps? Setting of Environment Variable path? Installation of jupyterlab? If Yes for all and then also not opening, Go in directory where python is present using cd command and enter the python -m jupyterlab
Is that when it opened in chrome/explorer? If so I got same thing. But in the command prompt it gives a list of URLs to try instead and I pasted the first URL into chrome and that worked for me. Hope that helped.
Thats so nice that you watched video fully. But I guess you didn't watch carefully. In the video i installed jupyterlab only. But launched jupyter notebook. But about setting the path.. i set that for python. And Jupyterlab is installed using pip command. So automatically python will recognise it. Its ok to comment but i guess you should watch that again to clearing your doubt..
