Who would ACTUALLY win if the tribes went to war?

No scavengers here because come on
No human gonna win against giant intelligent lizards that can fly especially when those lizards can breathe fire, ice, spit acid, or see the future
No disrespect to JMA these are just my opinions :)
Realistically the tribe that would win is whoever makes the most allies and has the best battle tactics
