Our crew meets up with owner, Heidi Lael, who shows us around the house and the adjoining grounds. Heidi gives us a history of the property and the renovations that have created the beautiful space that exists today, as well as the strange happenings that have occurred. My grandmother owned this house from about 1990-2000 (approx). I lived in this house during my Summers off from school. Although it did give off a creepy vibe, I never once had a ghostly experience here. My grandmother is the one who had it painted carnation pink (apologies for that on her behalf, ha ha). I am happy that the new owners spruced it up so nicely and brought it back to life. I hope to come down there and visit next time I am in Roseburg and take a walk down memory lane.
You must have bought it from my friends family, he lived there in the late 80's, most of the time by himself as a teen, his parents moved back to Cali and only came back in the Summer so it was just him and his dog 9 months per year and he said nothing ever happened other than his dog always wanted to get out of the house.
My great grandfather had an opportunity to buy the house for 12,000 long before I was born. he said he got out bid or something along those lines I was really young when he told me about this

We stayed overnight in the loft above the Bourbon Bar. I didn’t think I believed in haunted houses until we had an encounter with one. Not too scary but really creepy. Even got it on video! Definately a memorable night!
I grew up ~100 feet away from this house on Cobb street. My friends and I (prior to the renovations) would always go down to the house at night to try and spook each other out, and it worked just about every time! This was around 2006-2008 and the house was in disrepair and the big willow tree was still present in all its creepiness. I actually still have never been inside of the place even though I've lived here all my life, thanks for the video! Maybe I'll finally go inside it now haha

I have personally been in there before it was a restaurant back in 2014. I been to the top also it was so very cold up there. When I walked back down my legs felt like jello. Me and my cousin and aunt went there. Because her sons friend lived there and we were dropping something off for him. Well he took us on a tour of the house. the energy I felt in there was crazy. When we were coming back down we heard banging on the back door by the kitchen. Nobody was there. It was an amazing experience to have.

@@daniellehedlund959 I think the guy who we were with was named Jason. He a couple of roommates. So Dustin could have been one of the roommates. My cousin name is David lol.
My teen friend lived there by himself 9 months out of the year and nothing, I think all us kids partying scared any ghosts away

Awesome video! I saw on another video, Ghost Hunting Tech, he stayed there over night and captured a shadow figure one out of the room he was staying. Also have a very close friend that lived there at one point, long before it is the amazing place it is now, and she told me that she would never go back there..... So I got her a gift certificate and now shes going... LOL

I miss living in this house. So many great memories but nothing haunted about it
I had a friend as a teen live alone in that house, his Parents moved back to Cali except in Summer and he refused to go back so he lived there alone 9 months per year with his dog, that entire time nothing weird ever happened to him he said except his doberman always want to get out of the house, lol. We partied there and nothing ever happened.
Me and a couple friends of mine were caught up by spirits inside the bourbon bar one night. There were some Cubans there and helped us out.
