If you want to change the 20 from head shot to something else, I would suggest to roll another dice and do something like 1-8 1 Wound, 9-19 2 Wounds and 20 Dead. Perhaps you could change the possibilities depending on the class/skill of the shooter. So for the Balacero with 11/15/18 it could be 1-11 1 Wound, 11-15 2 Wounds and 16-20 Killing Shot
