Sooo, about this ship. Is it meta? Kinda… It isn’t a great damage dealer but can play support pretty well. I would rather play Ocha over this (the mini Smolensk) But it’s still fun to play.
She’s a almost direct copy of the Shchors. Long range HE Spammer, she can do more damage dealing than support given that he AA is below par. Still a fantastic ship
