On Saturday 29th of April 2023, we travelled to Whitehaven in Cumbria for Leyland National 51. In this video, we take a look at the attending vehicles and talk about our day.

Great video. It brings back memories of early in my career. I passed my test in a PD3 and then drove an all Leyland fleet, including XSD789L the first National in Scotland, and C112GSJ the last one registered in Scotland, both sadly scrapped.
I preferred the B10M with a six speed ZF box though.
I now drive VDL Bovas, but look back fondly to the Leylands and AEC Reliances I used to drive.
