I changed the emulator settings as you show and then clear data from google play app. Yet when i go back to the account settings afterwards its still showing all my accounts that are logged in. I can remove them and add again accounts just fine. But when i open playstore it says "Authentication is required. You need to sign into your google account"

Ese es el problema que tengo y no me funciono la forma en que lo solucionaste, hice todo como lo pusiste en el video y al dar de alta la cuenta de google se queda girando y girando y nunca me aparece en donde meter la cuenta como a ti y solo dice: no se pudo iniciar sesion intente mas tarde. y de ahi no paso desde ayer por la noche, ya hasta envie email a bluestacks y todavia nada.
