You're comparing it to segway max but does it have customer support as segwey and parts just in case something malfunctions? I think customer support is important.
can you set it so that when you stop accelerating is also slows down or does it have to keep the same speed when you take your finger of the trigger. ?
It has cruise control, but as soon as you hit the brakes it kills cruise. Also if you take your finger off the accelerator trigger, it will coast slower, until you accelerate again.

Yeah its different to get use to . The throttle will stay on , just something to get use to when you start riding
You should come over to Canada and see Niagara Falls from the Front, instead of just watching it approach the top edge of the falls.

Sounds like you might need a scooter shop to diagnose the wiring.

Do you know if this can go on a packed dirt rail trail? Or would I need to go with the H7 with the off-road specific tires?
If it was packed I would say so. This is def not for off road or loose gravel. More for paved roads and sidewalks
