- Olympiacos Piraeus beats Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul 84-72 in Game 5 to clinch the series 3-2 and reach the 2023 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four in Kaunas, where the Greek side will play with the winner of the Monaco vs. Maccabi series, which will be decided on Wednesday night.

Congrats to Olympiakos. They deserve to be in the final four. Overall they are the best team this season including the regular season. Congrats also to Fenerbahce. They played a very good series. I think next season they will be much stronger with Wilbekin, Booker and Bjelica and maybe one or two new players.
Bjelica was injured from the start of the season. He is already 34 🤔 . Fener a better point guard to control the team . Calathis is 34 . He is still good player . But he is not the player that was 2 years ago . Bench and find a starter there .
Add a quality player in power forward position or a quality small forward.
I hope Fener release Edwards at summer . He was not good in regular season but in our series was really good . He could be a good fit for us after Dorsey .

Learn to be fair as well. Claiming that referees have no impact on matches is simply not true. Fenerbahce deserved to be in the playoffs, but it was thanks to the referee that Olympiakos won. Anyway, if you want the trophy that badly, you can have it. If this injustice were done to you, we, as Fenerbahce fans, would feel our honor tarnished. So, we would accept that there is a problem in terms of Refs.

I have something to say to fenerbahce fans...
It's childish to complain every time about the referees. Do y'all think they're robots? They are humans just like all of us and humans make mistakes, being a referee is not an easy job at all. Sorry but if Itoudis complains every time (without getting a technical foul) about possible refs mistakes it doesn't mean that they're actually playing in favour of Olympiacos. Why should they even? We have a budget of 15 million euros, there is no way we would give our important money to refs so that we get favourised by them. In the series I saw wrong calls on both sides. C'mon guys, we all are grown up people and should learn to accept defeats. And I can tell you guys, if Fenerbahce keeps the same team for the next couple of seasons and maybe buys some new better players, they are really gonna be favourites for the title. About my team I can say Thank you! For this beautiful season so far, I really hope we are gonna win it all this time. Have a great night everyone ❤️

He won 2 games with a big difference, shot his leg in game 2 where he was leading for 35 minutes and lost another game in Turkey woth 4 points where referees did everything to have a game 5 ,so quit with the nonsense argument referees won the game 5 . Referees don't shoot threes like bricks or miss easy twos. Actually Fener had 2 more shoots than Oly. So they were on a bad night offensively as well as defensively

The referees were a disaster. We understand why no away team has won the 5th game of the series so far. If the referee management is like this the away team, how can win the 5th game! It's not about Olympiacos or Fenerbahçe. we've been living this nonsense for years in Euroleague...
Olympiacos is a more organized team so they were already the leader of the euroleague. If the referees had left the match alone, maybe Oli could have won again, but the referees did not want to allow a possible surprise.
as a result, Olympiacos made it to the final 4. they deserved to be here as the leader of the regular season, their bad luck was to be matched with Fenerbahçe. Itouidis' team could have easily finished the regular season 4th or 5th. Although Fener was a difficult rival for Oli, it was an invaluable experience in terms of seeing its shortcomings...this will have an advantage in final 4.

I've noticed some Turks complaining. I get it they are disappointed because they feel entitled but they need to realize something. Money don't guarantee success. Fener has some great players but they've got an overrated coach and no team chemistry. Olympiacos is a team with capital letters and their history makes them hard to beat. This is team spirit against all odds and against all. Because let's be honest, if it wasn't for the refs, this series would have ended long ago.
