☑️ I grew up listening to Soundgarden! The 90's gave rise to great bands like Nirvana, Pearl Jam and Soundgarden! Chris Cornell has probably one of the most iconic voices for this genre of music.
▣- The song was released in 1994, the third single from the band’s fourth studio album, Superunknown. It topped the Billboard rock tracks chart, where it spent seven weeks at No. 1, and later that year finished as the top rock track of 1994, according to the Billboard charts.
▣- Originally Chris got the idea for the song because he misheard a news anchor while driving in his car.
▣- To me this song encompasses how fake society has become. It reminds of a Black Mirror Episode. Sadly the world seems to be getting more censored and watered down IMO...
