kick you legs forward when you land on your back and push off the wall. once you practie its easy

When you’re about to fall back to the trampoline, kick with your upper leg to kick down off of the wall and it’ll work

theres this one staff at the skyzone (used to be called defy) that i live near, ive been learning to wallrun and when i asked if when i got to the top i could sit, he said its not allowed but told me he doesnt care 😂

Im Tryna make a Wall for my trampoline because our neighbours have theier garage next to our trampoline so what I would do is put the trampoline next to it and try to walk run the garage is about 3m high I’m not able to do it right now cause I’m in Australia and i live in Germany has someone tried something like that ??? Does someone recommend a good circular trampoline net for wall running ??

Try using your feet to push down from the wall on your way down, and kicking back up from the trampoline.
