Just 3 days ago i came back from mexico where I visited San Cristobal de las casas, Canyon del Sumidero and El Chiflon waterfalls - extremely beautiful places. El Chiflon was full of mexican tourists who were very talkative and happy to see some europeans swimming in the cold pools :D But i think what is worth mentioning as well are those fried flying ants you can eat in Chiapas - they call it Nucu - which are available at every corner in San Cristobal.
