Love seeing you trying out other lives such as farming, you should do one where there is baking invloved - making butter, yeast and of course bread. I've seen people do this on a farm. Sweet, they're finally on my side of the country. RonRon, you two would do really well IMO with a home/farm. Here in NJ in the rich burbs there are a lot of people who will have like 5 acres with a really nice house. They'll hire part time people to work most of their chores but I'm pretty sure that they have other hustles to support themselves. Like one lady raises goats and makes goat soap to sell while I'm sure they have other businesses. Another has just a few horses and likes to feed wild geese and some free ranging chickens while doing an Ebay business.
I think this would be a perfect fit for you guys since you have your You Tube business. You can have the animals you'd like in moderation and not be too bogged down with too many farm chores. All the while having a pretty decent acreage and home/free time with like an upper middle class life style. In NJ (South Jersey more specifically....way different than North!) you're about 45 minutes away from the big city of Philly and an hour or so in the other direction you've got Beaches and ocean. All the while being smack dab between the two to enjoy a mix of woody/small town living while not being really remote.
And while prop taxes are expensive in this state, IF your home is on farm land you can pay near nothing because you can claim that you're land is farm and not just single family home residential. Which is a legit scam that a ton of people do here. They'll like have a single coop and write off most of their property taxes as a farm. lol.

I am so impressed with Roni! You both did great. It's hard work, but it's truly so rewarding. Not only do we have farm animals, we also rescue animals. My favorites are our mule Elvis and donkey Willie. Our kiddos loved growing up on the farm. I think you guys would be great Farmers! #YesToRonRonRanch 💜🐥🐓🐂🐄🫏🐖

This vlog made me SO HAPPY. Have had a flock of chickens for 5 years and not only is it awesome to get fresh eggs, but taking care of and spending time with the chickens brings me so much joy. Would %100 recommend. So happy to hear Aaron and Roni are interested!!!!❤

Growing up in Raleigh and just buying land and moving there in NC was the best decision my fiancé and I made. Ronron farm is going to be amazing for the both of you ❤
I'm a long time subscriber of Morgan's. We're in our early 50's and just moved off-grid from city life 3 months ago. Are there painful learning curves? YOU BET! Do we regret it? HECK NO! It is so wonderful to see young people become interested in self-sufficiency! Good luck and follow your dreams!😊

This reminds me of a show many years ago called the Simple Life with Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, but you guys aren't nearly as dramatic doing all these things as they were, 😂. Nice job!
You should definitely get goats, sheeps are easier than cattle, chickens, horse, donkey, a couple of pigs for recycling, bees, trained herding dogs, geese, cats. That would be a great combination!

Omy this is so unexpected!!! I love Gold Shaw farm!!! I learned so much about chickens, ducks and geese from them! Now I have my own chicken army hhahaah. It so cute that you two get to bond in their farm and learn about it too!! I really think Roni can raise chickens then maybe a few pigs at a time. RonRon Ranch is 100% happening for sure because both of you most especially Roni did such a great job at trying farm chores. Over time it becomes a habit then a way of life! Here's to RonRon Ranch!
