Voltes V | Paper Craft | Gizmo Arts & Crafts

I'm a big fan of this 70's super robot, an old-school Japanese anime where it all started! The English-dubbed program was first aired in the Philippines by GMA-7 on May 5, 1978. The animated series became popular across the nation, but I was only able to watch the full version on VCD in early 2000, as the program was banned in 1979 by the late President Ferdinand Marcos because he thought it was way too violent for kids and may lead to improper behavior.
In between those years, my love for arts and crafts developed, drawing superheroes especially Voltes V on any paper I can grab on. This 2020, I finally had the time to do this craft that I always love since my early childhood days, feeling nostalgic while building it.
