Sutton was never afraid or shyed away from an apology to any of this women. And for the most part it doesn't seem fake, she acknowledges what she's done and how affected the other women.

So Erica showed just how astute, observant, and intelligent she is when they were in Spain and Sutton's friends started speaking about architecture and conflict in Isreal, etc.....all of the ladies were shocked by how much she knows and when asked about it she said that she learned everything from just sitting and listening when entertaining with her husband....so you're telling me she can absorb all this information that she's hearing in passing regarding worldly matters that don't even effect her, but when her husband was discussing his business and financial matters, she just tuned out and doesn't know anything??!!! I find that very hard to believe and even if you give her the benefit of the doubt and say that she had zero knowledge prior to his arrest, her attitude and behavior towards the victims after she found out was apathetic, selfish, and just out right deplorable and for that no one owes her shit! sorry not sorry
Now THIS 👆🏾 is thee comment. I can be overly and unnecessarily empathetic at times toward individuals with a good sad story, and Erica’s is that to me. I don’t think she thought Tom was capable of the money things he was doing upon first being married to him, but I’m sure she learned of his ways along the way. You brilliantly pointed out that she clearly has the trained capabilities of processing and storing all sorts of information. She knew what Tom was doing, and she was wrong for her attitude towards the victims, but it doesn’t mean that the women had to kick her as hard as they did (Sutton 😂) when she was down. Erika still doesn't get it. No she didn't steal the money, but turning the earrings in was the moral thing to do. She still shows no empathy for the victims. @FrankTheOcean No. But, she no longer has them. They were bought by someone after they were taken by the trustee. But yes, that money did go toward some of the victims. However, the court ruled that the trustee should not have taken them as they did not prove their case that they were essentially ill gotten gains. I think they are going to retry their position. I don't think she is getting them back.
@@huttenofregardless that one point something million dollar earnings was definitely not coming from her own bank account but her husbands. She benefited from the dirty money irrespective of the tracing technicalities.

@@huttenof that's not entirely true. If you read the court documents the judge wasn't swayed by her teams argument that they couldn't prove the earrings were bought with the victims money. She won her appeal based on a different argument altogether.

I am really tired of Erika's poor me act. She doesn't deserve any apologies, her behaviour is always pitched for shock value and when the true Erika finally gets exposed there will be no returning that jack to the box. She's one big facade as is Dorit, who is clearly aiming to be the new queen bee but failing miserably.

To accuse someone of a crime they must prove it.. without a trail of viable proof the accused person is innocent. That does not mean she was not an accomplice or didn’t know of the illicit doings. Ex. My neighbor seems to be selling illicit merchandise and my friend helped out. There was no trail in texts photos witnesses or money profited in bank. So he was cleared.

I don't believe Kyle is on ozempic. She quit drinking and cut carbs out of her diet. Plus she works out everyday. She mostly eats fruit/veggies/lean meats. No breads/pasta/processed foods. You would be shocked at what a difference it makes. She also fasts in the AM (I have heard). I have done this same way of eating (along with eliminating drinking) and fasting in the AM and it works.
@dianneb7316 when you're on ozempic , it literally give you no appetite for alcohol and carbs. And to many people, if they consume alcohol and carbs, they will be in the bathroom sick for days. And this is why you will see alot of housewives saying they no longer drink or eat carbs . And for those that do still drink on ozempic, it will magnify your buzz, like crazy.

To this day, I still do not understand how the other girls were « dragged into it »: did you have knowledge of the actions? No. Did you help transfer funds? Were you involved in any of the wrong doings ? No. If Erika is your friend, and she says to you: I had no idea of all of this… then you should believe her. If you don’t, then you’re not her friend.
Erika is the closest confidant of Tom. So its natural for people to be thinking placing some kinda blame to her too is the right thing to do. And also, people need a scapegoat.
