    Well, I am doing full and half Ironmans for now. But subscribed me to some trail runs this summer so yeah, ideal video. Just found your channel for 2 days. So the same as the dude below here 🙂 Only bad thing is, we don't have any hills here in my region. Any tips? Stairmaster? Running belt with elevation?

      @@didiervanrompaey thank you Didier! Damn… for the hills it really is a pickle; I would try the stairmaster (or even a tall building with a lot of stories like a car park, and run up it doing reps. Definitely do strength work for quads etc!

      @@PatrickDelorenzi Thanks. I am planning to take my car and ride 1h30 to the small hills, Ardennen, Belgium. To do there some training. But around my region, pancake flat. 🙂
