I can't wait for Iron Fist Season 2, i really love the character of Finn Jones. I don't care about what the critics said, IF was a good show and bringing a real freshness to the MCU series. It is kinda remember me Buffy at some points. Keep going Finn you are doing a good job.

Damian Starks When told to be immature, twitchy and throw tantrums (which seems to be most of what writers keep asking him to do), he isn't indeed. But when given the chance, Finn can be the cool, cocky and even inspiring Danny Rand we all want. That's what the writers should use as a base when working on his character.

I don't care what people say iron fist is my favorite defender and my favorite show so far. I think it'll get a better reputation next season as his character develops a bit more

ScorpyVenom cause it's pretty poorly written. Danny is a pretty whiny character. The fight scenes are too choreographed. The show has potential, they just need to up their game. I think Danny's character was a lot better in the defenders

Novak It's the truth though. I thought the show was okay and there were times where Danny Rand was Danny Rand, but it felt a bit out of character.
He did the moves without geograph they just showed him how to do them
Lacked good character development. A lot of the show felt like filler. Dany's lines were repetitive and predictable.
Was the show bad? Not at all, it was ok, but it's nowhere near the quality of the previous shows so it felt disappointing.
If you compare Ironfist to other current superhero shows, like Arrow, Flash, or Supergirl, it is about the same quality or even a bit better. But when you have built such high expectations through JJ and DD, it simply falls flat.

I thought they did a damn good job!
I felt the story was quite alright (well, the ending was a bit bland) I just felt they didn't get the scenes to align with what the story was telling though.
I'm not blaming the writers, I'm blaming the directors
Curiously it was the Marvel-Netflix show with the least writers so far. Only four of them for those 8 episodes: Douglas Petrie and Marco Ramirez (the showrunners), Laura Schmidt Hissrich and Drew Goddard.
I think they focused too much on building hype for certain events, namely the team meeting for the first time on ep 3 and the finale on ep 8, so the episodes in between these events felt like just setups, sometimes awkward and really bland. And it's not like there wasn't stuff to do or answer in these episodes: Luke and Danny's friendship could've been more developed, Madame Gao and the new "fingers" could've been better explored, Alexandra doesn't interact with any defender properly other than Iron Fist (she never even met Jessica face to face, did she?) and Iron Fist being left out of the action for way more than one episode was a bummer, especially with it causing a major pause in the show's action in general.
