I have been listening Dr Caroline Leaf for a few weeks now and she gave me so much hope and new ideas on how to improve myself after dealing with TBI since 2011.
God is ALWAYS in the NOW.I have to remind myself that every day. I have been working through trauma. I'm fasting& praying &God is doing a deliverance work in my life & renewing my spirit growing and giving power & strength in the. midst of the storm!
Praying for you Elizabeth! Pay out Father will give you Favor and Wisdom to Love yourself and others and to be Forgiving. Forgiving of yourself and others even if you were solely the victim. Forgiveness is always key. Love covers a multitude of sins. Good knows your Heart. He will Heal you. God Bless you !
I listen to her many many times !!! i make it a habit until it becomes my lifestyle ! you have help me a lot with my mental well being to be more positive toward others because i have become a negative thinker which i know that's not meh not the real meh!!! thank you sooooo much!!!! XOXO

Crisis has been building up for '350 years' lol. I was expecting her to say for thousands of years. I am assuming, no, sure that mental health crisis has been around since the fall of mankind. Interesting though, I'll listen to the rest of it to gain context.
It's challenging trying to listen to you when you don't take the mic where your head turns. The audio on this is up and down because of that. Headsets are more suitable for you. We could hear you better. 😊
