Just wondering if the new guys still here and how hes doing. You probably get lots of new people but im referring to the one you made a video with. I think there were three videos training the new guy. I watched them all since i myself was considering working at jersey mikes but kinda backed out of it cuz im kinda intimidated 😂😂 this is a brand new profession for me. But rewatching them again made me want to try it out.

I love watching your videos! What do you usually keep your griddle temperature around and do you speed your videos up? Just curious if you really go from a frozen piece of meat to a cooked cheesesteak in 3 minutes. Thanks

Meat is very thin sliced and when you break it up it cooks even faster it’s not sped up

I’m just laughin a little cause it’s like you can just buy starkest tuna from shoprite and make batches of tuna. You can get mushrooms from another place. Like wut. Idk
