My most memorable Ghost Recon games would have to be the original Ghost Recon, Island Thunder, Advance Warfighter 2, Future Soldier possibly being my favorite, and Wildlands, which I loved because of the open world. Never really played the other ones.
You loved wildlands how? The AI was completely broken!

@@MrWackywilson the broken parks were funny, but it was enjoyable enough for me. Future Soldier is an overall superior game, along with Advance War Fighter 2.
future soldier and graw 2 (console version) had THE BEST atmosphere/style - wildlands is also amazing at what it aims to achive

@@peek_exe yo do you know that half of the og Rockstar employees quite back in 2018 and Rockstar seems to be taking a break rn in terms of new IP"s plus wildlands is actually good I don't think you played the whole game but who am I to judge you there and future solider was tryna make something different kinda like how ubisoft doesn't want to be the same studio as before and yes ubisoft is the new EA but remember these aren't game development companies anymore there just publishers and corporations and that's why we only see rushed games and unfinished and unpolished games and it really isn't depending of the developers because their putting in hours on making games unlike the publishers who only make deadlines and expect everything to be sunshine and rainbows but I'm just a average person in life so take this with a grain of salt

It was really weird going from the original to Advanced Warfighter. It didn't feel like the same franchise anymore.
still tactical and not about the run and gun, you and enemies drop quick. There is a change, and the name change is there for a reason.
2 - warfighter - future soldier - wildlands/breakpoint are the true ghost recon, the first one was an experiment to see if people liked the bigger maps and missions, in fact the first one was just reskinned rainbow six

And it's obviously also based on preference. I am mainly looking at single player games since multiplayer is a wastly different beast.

I remember advanced warfighter 2 was such an epic fps for it's time. Where all that mattered was the game, your buddies, and getting stoned. I remember you could play with 4 people split screen online. Shit was so fun.

You've failed to show how GR 2 had a different look and campaign on the PS2 and XBOX, and how advanced warfighter had a first person and third person versions on two different platforms with different missions. And the clips used didn't really showcase anything worthwhile. Not being harsh to be a dick just trying to help you improve future vids.
And breakpoint footage was from the gameplay trailer. Definitely not what we got in the end
GR 1, back when it was pretty unforgiving (for their time) and didnt treat the player like an infant

My dad played future soldier when i was younger, and i tried it. Damn it was the best game i've ever played. So much memories, so much everything and that video-game was just a masterpiece. Loved it, gotta play it again.

As a big fan of the first Ghost Recon, I actually don't like what they did later. Looks just like some random action TPS game.

Great beginnings, once ported over from PC to console it really lost it's appeal as dedicated servers were no longer a thing!

I regret not trying out future soldiers. The early days of Ghost recon killed it for me, I just couldn't buy any of the games after playing the first few.

Nothing beats Wildlands and Breakpoint. Not even the nostalgia crap the boomers like to swim in lol.
Why showing so bad clips for some of the games 🙄 also you neglected to show GRAW 2 on PC which was entirely different to the console version.
The best games were the first three games. After that the childish games came out. A tactical shooter turns into a shooter FPS/TPS game like splinter cell or anything like. But the first three were the best. Dont like to play such new games. ARMA 3, Ground Branch, Squad, Insurgency, Escape from tarkov, these are the new games that everyone should play who loves tactical shooter.

I still got first four ghost recon... I didn't get ghost recon 2 bc I play it my cousin's xbox original... it a downgrade graphics compared to the first four ghost recon that I have. Rn I'm play ghost recon advances war... night vision is terrible but it's amazing gameplay

I would have liked the video, but theres important information that was left out.
Ghost Recon 2 is an entirely different game for the Xbox. It was primarily developed for that platform, being that it was made by the mainstay of TC games, redstorm. Secondary versions were done by Ubisoft Shanghai for PS2 and GC.
The same thing is with Advanced Warfighter 1 and 2. 1 is a different game on all platforms. Its mostly an action game with tactical elements on 360, while on PC, its a "hardcore" tactical shooter (Its also first person). On PS2 and Xbox, they are first person shooters with just ONE team mate.
Advanced Aarfighter 2 is a different game on PC and PSP. The PSP version is the closest to the console versions, having similar controls and also being s third person shooter. The PC version is once again a "hardcore" tactical FPS.
You also left out Ghost Recon Predator for the PSP, which like... how?

You need to do a little more research before publishing this video. You omitted several of the important games. Such as GR 2 Xbox version (completely different game from PS2 version). Similar situation with GRAW 1 having 3 distinctly different games across PC, PS2 & Xbox, and Xbox 360

The first games were so cool specially the concept was unique and the game was pretty hard but the only thing it lacked was on the screen weapons lol
I agree, still have fond memories of the first one it was really emmerssive and had a great fps strategy element not seen before or since.

Im gonna be honest (This is my opinion) I like having no guns on screen.
@@elavatedqauser3685 As a kid I used to think it was bad, but judging it later it made the game alot more realistic and age quite well since the guns would and anims would be fake af back in the days.
Because you need to focus on your suroundings and can't have a weapon cover a third of your screen.
This particular game didn’t need on screen weapons.

The first I played was advanced warfighter that game was so fun!
I remember playing Ghost Recon on consoles. I personally preferred SOCOM for everything but it didn’t have co-op, so Ghost Recon had an edge.
I played socom also a great game had the first few of them that came out but after like the fourth one didn’t like them
I've played jungle storm.. really good game. I sweat my balls off just to complete a mission :)
I played that game some much I the intensity and rush from those classics.
I love Ghost Recon Jungle Storm it's one of my favorites

There are different versions for pc and consoles
Xbox 360 had the best GRAW 1 & 2 experience back in the day. Multiplayer was so fun. I still have them on Xbox one. GRAW 2 has like 40+ maps with all the DLCs. Still fun to play solo or split screen.

You should've featured both versions of Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter because the X360/PS3 version is a third-person shooter and the Xbox/PS2 (the version in the video) version is a first-person shooter.
