Glad you like the foundation! I have so tried so many luxury high end foundations and this is hands down the absolute best I've ever used!

As a nurse sometimes I get mandated to work 16 hours so I need a foundation to last me about 18-19 hours including transportation time, looks like I can give it a try ❤
People that pull long hours do appreciate a foundation that will last or at least fade nicely.
I do 12 hour shifts at 911. I would pull close to 20 hours when needed when I first started 20 years ago. I didn’t really give a hoot about makeup during the night shift portion but it was always nice when a foundation held up.
NYX born to glow last forever! Great for dry sensitive skin too.
As somebody with dry skin this foundation is literally heavenly on me 😭 I love it and I don’t think I can go back

Looking forward to watching more of your videos. BTW I purchased from one of your other videos the Pat McGrath eye ❤❤powder, Anastasia lip liner and the rare lip oil in honey and I love them all.
I haven't tried the previous version of this foundation either, but this one... This one is the best foundation I've ever had in my life! And I've had quite a lot, lol. I have the same skin type as you, and I absolutely adore this foundation. It stays looking great all day, doesn't cake up, and doesn't wear off. It truly looks like a second skin!

I’ve been using teinte idole for 9 years. The new formula is awful! It’s so watery. The old formula was nice and creamy! I will be changing foundation. It’s a shame because I really like the foundation. I am also a nurse and the old formula held up well unlike the new.
This reformulation and the ysl All Hours reformulation are my current favorite foundations

Hmm! I’m curious. I tried the original formula years ago and despised it. I don’t have a problem with many foundations settling in my pores but that’s the only place the original version settled on me. It looked weird.
I loved Lancôme’s cushion foundations and miss them.
As I’m reaching mid 40’s I really have been trying to find a natural coverage foundation that won’t cake my face. Heard about this new one and tried it at Ulta. I am going to wear this all day tomorrow to see if it’s worth the hype.
I like the new Lancôme way more that the old version, the other was just to cakey. I’m loving the new foundations that have come out. I’m 51 but have super oily Skin with large pores. The new Valentino, Guerlain, YSL , and the Lancôme have become favorites for sure

Beautiful foundation, I liked the previous version 😉. I think the brush side looks smoother... Your doggies enjoy being around the hens, that's so nice, my dogs have a tendancy to consider chicken as preys and that's really sad 😭😅

We need foundation that lasts over 24 hours. There are millions of us who go to festivals and parties and we stay all night and day. It is absurd for people stating that it is useless information and that no one has it on their face for that long. Well, we do!!

Hahahha TOUCHÉ! Definitely a good reason for a 24hr wear! I’ve honestly never thought about it that way, but I will definitely include that info next time. I just hate the marketing when it’s not true, or promotes sleeping in foundation🤬

I understand that there are millions of women that go to bed early every single night, never stayed up all night etc... but there are also millions of us night howlers.
I must say that if foundation survives my weekend out, or at least fights all the humidity, sweat, poured water etc, then it is a go for me! :D Many that are expected to last do fail, but some are true warriors. Do not get me wrong, I do use many serumy, thin, light coverage, non lasting foundations for everyday use (I do not slap my "warriors" every day), but those are the ones that do not state that they are longlasting and I am aware of when I can get away with that :D

I had a terrible reaction to Dior Forever! My skin was on fire..took a couple weeks to recover 😢
I like it. I have to stay away from fragrance & anything that might irritate my eyes. My allergies & sensitive eyes hate most things hahaa. But I've been looking at Lancome recently cos I didn't realise they were actually fragrance free. I have this old mindset that anything from a "perfume counter" like Chanel, Dior, Lancome is going to have fragrance. Let's hope that eventually they all change to fragrance free. It would make my life a lot more fun. Thank you for this review xx
It is SO NICE that there is NO fragrance! I was shocked too because I have the same mindset😆
I checked out the description on Sephora and the brand of the product are claiming that this foundation is full coverage with a matte finish that it is also sweat and water-proof. But after your workout on the sponge side its looking patchy in places where the foundation has lifted off more but on the brush side it's looking a bit more fuller coverage but still looking a bit patchy in places but I can't really tell fully from the lighting. I am not sure it would be a product I would use for that pricing its not for me. Fab review and love your content! Hope this new year brings you all that you dream and wish for. 🙂
I used to buy the old one of this all the time, the shade matched me so well I could just basically spot conceal and leave clearer areas of my face free of foundation

@@ImMalloryBrooke I don't think any of the shades are the same. I'm glad Lancome shows lists for each shade what it converts to. I used to be 140N and now I am 205C. What is weird though that the new shade is a pinky/cool shade while the old one was a neutral shade. I might just get the closest neutral shade.

I must be the only one that hated the old formula😂 i hated the spf in it and it oxidised so badly on me
you should use the LA girl blue mixing pigment. since this foundation looks orange on me, I mix it with the blue and it matches perfectly. Highly recommend!
❤❤ hi mallory my pharmacy just got this one in was talking to my friend she works there' she can get me a 30ml bottle 30 euro dollars. Its usually 50. The laura mercier s 50 euro id be saving 20 dollars. My question we have similar skin tone im autoimmune as well. Thought asking youropinion was a ggreat idea as i trust you. What primer did you use? Did I miss that?
I’d have to check but I almost never use primers for foundation reviews because imho the foundation should be able to perform on its own and a primer as an additional variable
the new formula's lightest shade is now too dark for me. so, that's a huge bummer.

They are a bit different but both wear beautifully. Lancôme is a matte finish, YSL has a bit of a glow to it, so it just depends on your preference ❤️
