ACC is next level imo. Such a fantastic sim at an almost unbelievable price. Love it!
Hope you enjoy your F-GT! I like mine quite a bit, good entry level rig and holds up to my CSL DD very well!! Will likely upgrade to an 8020 and gift my rig to my step son once he’s bigger if he shows interest into racing.
@@yazks3258 I am hoping to upgrade to triple screen setup but which monitor to pick is so far the biggest challenge for me as the budget can blow up easily in such setups. I have already spent nearly Aud2600 and it is just a decent beginner setup😅

I psych myself out often as well. I say to myself "You have the skills , You belong here, You CAN do this! NOW DO IT!". Doesn't always work but I laugh every time I say it cause I'm almost yelling it. lol

Any chance you could post a video on how you go about learning the track in such a short time? As a new sim racer, I am seeing new tracks a lot, and I'd be very interested in seeing your approach to a new track.

@@SDygP use the race line as a guide to get you familiar with the corners and braking points. Then turn it off and put the laptimes in

It wasn't the crash that cost you, it was the early breaking next corner with Jack on your outside. If you win that battle you have some control over the pace, if you loose you risk being left behind. And you know Jack is fast.
AI or not, Jack should get a penalty. ;-) Kyalami at night must be a joy to drive on your rig. It is on mine too, just a level below. :-)
What a beautiful setting
Definitely was a great race to watch. Just ordered a TR120 and hoping to get into content creation myself for sim racing once my skills have improved.

hey Will, I'm a big fan of you from China, and I love your videos so much! Recently a company called Moza in China released a new direct drive wheel base R9, which is almost the cheapest one in the market at the moment. Would you please make a review of this wheel base someday in the future? I'm considering to change my ts-pc into a direct drive wheel base recently.

Such a beautiful Sim setup and Sim. Makes me want to deviate out of IRacing and Give ACC a try.
I drive both of them as well as AMS2 and AC and I think every sim has it favors. If you love gt3, gt4 and cup cars, give ACC a try. Set it up right and drive the hell out of it. It has a great physic model and FFB once set up up right ( at least on higher end belt driven and DD bases) and sound and eye candy are marvelous as long as you have a good PC to run it
Regular Assetto Corsa has tons of fan mods and support that pump the graphics and other bits to an extra layer of fidelity if you want that. ACC is updated more officially of course and is more competitive, it just has less content currently.
You should really do a collab with Project Coops. You could try each others motion rigs.
Great race! The one thing I still wish you'd do is to sync up the Picture-in-Picture, so that it would run in real time as the overtake is happening. This is personal of course, but for me, watching a replay at the same time as I'm trying to focus on what's going on in the main view makes it impossible to focus on both, whereas if the PiP action were simultaneous with what's going in realtime, I can follow both as the same time, as it's two depictions of the same event.
We did that for the first few videos but people complained that it gave away when an overtake was going to happen.

I used to do that but it tends to look a bit cluttered. I just include it for the overtakes and incidents as a replay cam.

Ey @Bossted Media You should also simulate the voice as if you were speaking inside the car's cabin, it would be incredible!
We do that. It’s literally recorded on a helmet cam mic. We’ve been optimising the audio for about a year now to minimise complains from both sides. I’d it’s too “radio transmission like” then people complain they can’t hear properly or the microphone is bad. So this seems to be the right balance.

Yes. AI for this series.

Both. This series is against AI though.

I know FOV is relative but just out of pure interest.

Are you using reshade? Im trying to change my gfx settings as yours but can’t come even close. Or you using nvidia color?
All I’ve done is reduce the saturation a bit in the settings. No reshade.
Could you share you graphics settings XML? Knowing you you spend some some tuning them ;-)

How do you get good cars? I been playing and only get low powered garbage cars.
Check which category you have selected. It can be a bit confusing but you shouldn’t need to unlock anything.

28psi? Isn’t 27.4-27.7 the optimal range ? 27.8 and above I start to feel them get greasey in ACC
Apparently 28 is optimal. Apparently my videos are “infuriating” if the tyre pressures aren’t exactly 28. 🤣
I agree with you though. I feel like mid 27s are fine.
@@boostedmedia I think 27.8 is the upper limit of the sweet spot! Aris from Kunos has done some videos on it. But don't let the tire police ruin your fun

Yep. I need to spend a day just focussing on fixing that habit I think. My VRS coach picked up on it too when I did training over a year ago. Never been able to break the habit. It’s definitely a problem though.
