Nicole, I subscribed immediately when I discovered this channel. As a child growing up we had 4 coconut trees in our yard and I hated the water. I used to drink a lot of sodas instead and my parents were not happy about it. . Now I know the benefits of coconut water. These days i'm having a huge coconut with lots of water and the jelly for breakfast and one large banana after a few minutes. Perhaps you could show us how you care your own hair. I already am taking good care of my self as I follow the exact routines you do for your children.
