As a Christian, I have learned, that the spirit world is most active at that time of the day. This is THE BEST time to pray spiritual warfare, so you can protect yourself, family, and business from spiritual attack. This is also the best time to listen to what the Holy Spirit has to tell you because it is important enough for Him to wake you up. This is also the best time to make your requests known to God, because he’s listening!
My wife wakes up EVERY morning between 3-5am. She's extremely spiritual and has explained the importance of meditation during that time. It's great to hear that she's not crazy, since so many others agree with her. Strangely enough, she gets 4-5 hours of sleep per night and always has more energy than me.
She must also be at a higher frequency. If you look at celebrities successful ones always mention they wake up early. At first I couldn’t do it I would wake up at 12pm but then now I’m forced to wake up early. You get more energy at a higher frequency 🤷

Since I was a child I've always keep notebooks, pencils and pens on my nightstand. My brothers always teased me about writing and trying to draw things I dreamt about. My mother told me I was special and to keep writing. Well, my dreams turned to visions that manifested. To be honest, it scared me as a child. My brothers stopped teasing me and started asking what I saw in my dreams t concerning them. I'm 51 yrs old now and I'm really trying to find out my true calling on this Earth. It happens so often for me and I complain about all the time. My alarm goes off at 5:15. I usually don’t look at the time when this happens, I just try to force myself back to sleep. I'm a muslim but I really fall in love in the way you telling us bout how to connecting with universal energy. Everyone had their own belief, no matter what religion you are. Jesus, Allah, Buddha and etc. In Islam, there is also a term, Tahajud salah(praying during 3am -5am), if you woke up during that time, you should be praying to your God, our prayers would be easily granted during that time. For the last 3-4 months I’ve been waking up at 3:42am and staying up till 5:23am and then fall back to sleep hard and wake up at 10:46am...I started to pray during this weird stage and I’ve noticed I’ve been at peace more.

I had to end a relationship a week ago at three in the morning. I was hurt but it was the best decision I have ever made. I felt like it wasn't going anywhere. I felt that I had more things in my life to accomplish. I didn't want that hanging energy. I sleep better now.

It started in 2013( it's when I consciously realised it) during my high school every notes I would read at that time, I would find questions in the exam ( exactly about what I read) .. and then I have a great friend of mine who is a musician, one day i got a song it was kind of in a dream , he was singing it and having mob crowds with mob funs n interviews on media houses.. God is good, all the time. When I was in a major crisis, the Holy Spirit came to me about 3am for several months. The Lord told me to get a pen and notebook. He had me to write down messages , verbatum ,for myself, as well as for a family member. The Lord showed that He had the victory, and that everything would be fine. God is our deliverer. He shows his children that He has the victory in the Spiritual realm. Then and only then, will the miracle manifest in the physical realm. God's time is not our time. He gives everyone time to come to him. Some people are stubborn. At times, the Lord is working on family members, or loved ones to come to Him. this really works i remember in 2018 when i started my businesses and i lost my partner as he felt i was neglecting us, then i was about to loose everything and quit all when i trumble to a vedio like this one , then every midnight and around 3am i would wake up and start praying and meditating on what i wanted...honest truth, it worked in so much way that my business is striving and i'm back with my partner and we were supposed to get married this month but then COVID-19 happened...though i got rid of one business even though it was doing well i just chose my relationship and one of my business, which now i can say i'm ready to get it back ...anyways this does work, specially when you at the lowest cause maybe you have nothing to loose and you just give all so it just works good luck you guys

I too, usually wake up around 02:30 and I pray between 3 to 5. That's the fourth watch, if you know that in the Holy Bible the 24 hour day is divided into 8 watches. It's the watch after the witching hours, the third watch. The Lord Jesus most times prayed between the first to the third watches; and came to reunite with His disciples in the fourth watch. Spiritualy, you can see how appropriate that time is. It was also the time of the morning sacrifice in the Old Testament, between 4 and 9.
It happens frequently too me going through my spiritual awakening . I did ask my divine spirit guides to let me sleep last night. They freaked my dog out one night 😂, he just kept staring at the corner of my bedroom. The night before my phone was flashing for no reason at 3am. I am very grateful 🙏 and blessed to be chosen. May want to look closer to what you are calling a Spirit guide.......and why your dog wasn't feeling good about it. Ye wasn't freaked out for no reason........and if people feel odd when a dog acts odd around a human, then imagine what your dog was being "uneasy" about.

Many years ago, I was told that when you keep waking up during those times, you are supposed to pray for whatever concerns you are going through in your life! Totally makes sense! I found this video after a year and I feel everything that you said here makes sense! I often ask the spirits, how can I earn money... because I tried many ways but it didn't worked out. Since you mentioned the channeled message is very individual,... During my calmest time, the spirits often told me to be calm, patience and wait and don't do anything (i'm someone who often worries and over think). Also, He love those who repent and He loves to forgive, because He is the most forgiving. We have been told tat there is no sin which he cannot forgive... Even if our sins are as big as mountain touching the clouds, one sincere apology with a tear can erase all of our sins.
I went through a period of time when I woke up at 4am everyday. I made a short note about whatever was in my mind at that moment and said a prayer about it. I put the note in a jar and went back to bed. This may have gone on for about a year. My life completely changed as a result in so many different positive ways. I was protected from some situations that could have been bad. I have not had it happen now for a while. I am content now, doing what I love, in a beautiful place.
I get up between 3- 5 am. Everyday day..feeling free with such fresh vigor. So I enjoyed the peace it brings..Then sometimes I watch movies or listen to affirmations. I also get lots of ideas on businesses, I write down. I have 3 to 6 notebooks filled with business acquisition strategies....

I recently learned that melatonin levels are highest between 1am and 4am. When melatonin levels are high, brain activity is slowed making you less likely to use your analyzing mind. This probably also contributes to the messages you receive during this time and your ability to manifest then.
3:00 AM to 5:00 AM is the best time to mediate, and manifesting for what you want.. Since I was a child I've always keep notebooks, pencils and pens on my nightstand. My brothers always teased me about writing and trying to draw things I dreamt about. My mother told me I was special and to keep writing. Well, my dreams turned to visions that manifested. To be honest, it scared me as a child. My brothers stopped teasing me and started asking what I saw in my dreams t concerning them. I'm 51 yrs old now and I'm really trying to find out my true calling on this Earth. I truly believe in the Spiritual world and I want to know more and more each day. Can someone please help me?

It happens so often for me and I complain about all the time. My alarm goes off at 5:15. I usually don’t look at the time when this happens, I just try to force myself back to sleep. Sometimes I succeed and sometimes I don’t. Now I feel horrible. I had no idea. At the same time, how do I wake up then and be able to function for the rest of the day? That’s not an easy thing.

I also wake up at this time often. Normally, I am too lazy to do much. I normally just say a very short prayer. I am Catholic and 3am is the hour of mercy, where Jesus ocean of mercy opens up for the whole world, revealed to Sis Faustina, God's mercy prevails over judgement and most prayers are answered. I'm a muslim but I really fall in love in the way you telling us bout how to connecting with universal energy.
Everyone had their own belief, no matter what religion you are. Jesus, Allah, Buddha and etc. In Islam, there is also a term, Tahajud salah(praying during 3am -5am), if you woke up during that time, you should be praying to your God, our prayers would be easily granted during that time. That is how Islam teach us. So, I can relate much of what you're saying. By watching your video, make me feel closer to the creator.May god bless you for this beautiful explanation.

Glad that I have landed on this video now.... Between 3-5 I rarely sleep... It started in 2013( it's when I consciously realised it) during my high school every notes I would read at that time, I would find questions in the exam ( exactly about what I read) .. and then I have a great friend of mine who is a musician, one day i got a song it was kind of in a dream , he was singing it and having mob crowds with mob funs n interviews on media houses.. I immediately recorded it in his inbox as a voice note there n then... And that year 2017 it won an a ward of the best afrobeat ... Thx am new to this channel i believe am home
God is good, all the time. When I was in a major crisis, the Holy Spirit came to me about 3am for several months. The Lord told me to get a pen and notebook. He had me to write down messages , verbatum ,for myself, as well as for a family member. The Lord showed that He had the victory, and that everything would be fine. God is our deliverer. He shows his children that He has the victory in the Spiritual realm. Then and only then, will the miracle manifest in the physical realm. God's time is not our time. He gives everyone time to come to him. Some people are stubborn. At times, the Lord is working on family members, or loved ones to come to Him. Know that all things work together for good,, for those who live the Lord, and who are called to His purpose.👋

this really works i remember in 2018 when i started my businesses and i lost my partner as he felt i was neglecting us, then i was about to loose everything and quit all when i trumble to a vedio like this one , then every midnight and around 3am i would wake up and start praying and meditating on what i wanted...honest truth, it worked in so much way that my business is striving and i'm back with my partner and we were supposed to get married this month but then COVID-19 happened...though i got rid of one business even though it was doing well i just chose my relationship and one of my business, which now i can say i'm ready to get it back ...anyways this does work, specially when you at the lowest cause maybe you have nothing to loose and you just give all so it just works

I too, usually wake up around 02:30 and I pray between 3 to 5. That's the fourth watch, if you know that in the Holy Bible the 24 hour day is divided into 8 watches. It's the watch after the witching hours, the third watch. The Lord Jesus most times prayed between the first to the third watches; and came to reunite with His disciples in the fourth watch. Spiritualy, you can see how appropriate that time is. It was also the time of the morning sacrifice in the Old Testament, between 4 and 9.

It happens frequently too me going through my spiritual awakening . I did ask my divine spirit guides to let me sleep last night. They freaked my dog out one night 😂, he just kept staring at the corner of my bedroom. The night before my phone was flashing for no reason at 3am. I am very grateful 🙏 and blessed to be chosen. Many years ago, I was told that when you keep waking up during those times, you are supposed to pray for whatever concerns you are going through in your life! Totally makes sense! The Great Wayne Dyer said that you communicate with the Lord, in the spaces between words ! That's where you find the peace(silence). He also said that there are no coincidences in life! I found this video after a year and I feel everything that you said here makes sense! I often ask the spirits, how can I earn money... because I tried many ways but it didn't worked out. Since you mentioned the channeled message is very individual,... During my calmest time, the spirits often told me to be calm, patience and wait and don't do anything (i'm someone who often worries and over think). When I started to listen to my spirits, i practically didn't do anything, and money starts coming in... i didn't have start a business and just do whatever that i like, and unexpected income just come like that. As a muslim, we have a believe tat whoever wakes up during this time and pray, their prayers will be answered.

Also there is saying that if you want something in very important in your life, but you can't wake up during this time and ask the Creator for it, then it means it is not actually that important for you.

@@dronsharma1421 bcoz we humans are designed to make mistakes. Seeking forgiveness is also a way to remind ourselves tat he is the only one who has the power to forgive us.
Also, He love those who repent and He loves to forgive, because He is the most forgiving.
We have been told tat there is no sin which he cannot forgive... Even if our sins are as big as mountain touching the clouds, one sincere apology with a tear can erase all of our sins.

I went through a period of time when I woke up at 4am everyday. I made a short note about whatever was in my mind at that moment and said a prayer about it. I put the note in a jar and went back to bed. This may have gone on for about a year. My life completely changed as a result in so many different positive ways. I was protected from some situations that could have been bad. I have not had it happen now for a while. I am content now, doing what I love, in a beautiful place.

I recently learned that melatonin levels are highest between 1am and 4am. When melatonin levels are high, brain activity is slowed making you less likely to use your analyzing mind. This probably also contributes to the messages you receive during this time and your ability to manifest then.
3:00 AM to 5:00 AM is the best time to mediate, and manifesting for what you want.. First ground yourself grab a notebook pen, and write down what is on your mind..Ask all your questions..start writing..write your ideals..See what you come-up with, what are the answers..best time for problem solving..Very interesting video. Every since I broke up with my kids dad around 3 years ago I have been getting woken up at 3 am, even if I go to sleep at 1am. I know it was My God wanting to commune with me but I am always over thinking things. I will make these simple adjustments and not over think but receive what God has for me. Thank you!

What I figured out was it gave me time to reflect and why I was being woken up, it gave me time to self heal - picture my life without a husband and move on to my next journey as a single woman. It took 19 months to get myself together, then I can't believe this, a new man entered my life.... this is 10 months ago the rest is us making memories together - Love and Light
