Water was getting into #2, very rebuildable, lost a piston caused damage to head, more than likely bearing shrapnel, dial bore the cylinders, most likely ran hot.
Yup, it was a fairly simple fix but I went down the wrong rabbit hole and suspected the worst. Re-powering with a 200, should have a new video out soon with the update.

Trying to find the RIGHT parts is tough. Re-powering with a 200, new video out soon.
Thats why you have no compression. Head gasket was blown and heating up
