Hi Thanks for nice video. We are using fedex real time shipment charges calculation from website order. Right now, as per your video, we need to configure weight and volume. Which we did. Now we are comparing fedex realtime rates with odoo calculated rate, which is different. Because on fedex portal it asks us to submit package dimensions along with weight and volume. which plays vital role to calculate rate. We are suffering from huge revenue loss due to mismatch in odoo fedex rate calculator and real time rate calculator. Because fedex keeps considering realtime rates and send us billing accordingly. Which is higher in amount than what we have collected from the client on website. Please let us know does odoo has some settings? We have 2000 items on Odoo shop.
Can you explain the fields in the Fedex configuration? I have created a fedex developer account, but I can't find "password" or "meter number". All I have is "developer key" and "secret key". Thanks
