Ajahn I'm doing 4, one hr. sessions a day but only one, 1 hr sitting a day. My feet get really sore. I'm inside so I have air ( I live in AZ. USA.) Very hot here so I am very lucky. I started this back when I First saw this talk by you and I am still walking every day. I do get overwhelmed and my enthusiasm waxes and wanes but I keep going.I should probably be doing more sittings.Thank you for teaching me how to walk properly. I really enjoy walking meditation over the other postures. SADHU,SADHU,SADHU.
