Seeing Rahul so groomed after his long-culy-hair phase is such a delighttt looking paavam af😍😍😍
Kenny has seamlessly transitioned from ‘Cool Guy 101’ to ‘Thirty and comfy’-which honestly only makes him cooler. He and nigahiga have the same kind of charm about them, they seem like men who are very in tune with themselves, managed to stay relevant to their audience over years, and keep pivoting to embrace things that best suit their personality. Cool guys, really.
Exactly
Omg I'm so happy about the fact that there are people who still remember Ryan Higa🥺😭
Yes I always felt they were similar too lol
@@sumitrakrishnajagarapu3887 ikr hearing ryan higa's name after so long feels so good. Nostalgia kicks in
Nobody:
Kenny everytime: back when I had long hair no?🤣

I reckon, we need Rohan Joshi in this podcast. It's a need.

I can't believe Kenny could feel insecure about his feminine qualities. His clean shave looks, his soft voice and him being sensitive aw man really? I just love all that about him.
We need more people like you bhavya, open minded😂🙌🏽🍻
So true I love these qualities in men.
@@blossom7664 too bad toxic masculinity is ingrained in our society. Kenny also looked really good with long hair as well but who cares we love him anyway

Honestly didn’t even realise when 38 minutes passed man. That’s rare. Thanks for this content Kenny!
OMG yes!

Weren't you listening to the podcast then?
They both regretted missing out on stuff they could have enjoyed learning growing up.
"Pushing yourself to do better Is very irritating." HAHAHAHAHA. The idea of "pushing yourself" is so deep-rooted, that I feel guilty about listening to music instead of an audiobook. I have lost the ability to take it easy once in a while.
You can do a whole bit about this lol.
You perhaps haven't grasped the idea of 'pushing yourself' properly. It's abt being highly productive only during ur working hours AND having a reasonable guiltfree 'downtime'.
@@An_urag9 oh now I have to pressure myself to have a guilt free downtime too. Splendid
@@RickSanchez-um4ku Not necessarily by pressure, you will happily realise it someday. Just keep experimenting with it everyday and observe your productivity
No thought or feeling is permanent....
This philosophy gives me freedom from stress and releases stored up energy... ❤
Shit mam this audiobook and music example is so so relatable 😵😂
When Rahul tells how amazing it's to get up whenever he wants, the point that he'd gone through an uninteresting and lame phase of life has to be noted. Due to this fact, he's able to appreciate his time and freedom, and is able to make appropriate use of it. Freedom comes from commitment. We can feel pleasure, only when we know what is pain and vice versa. A simple example is, if you had chocolate before having coffee, your coffee would taste way more bitter. Only when there're two sides, there is life. So, I think it's better to appreciate what we are going through right now. Let's say we are in a very tough situation, it's like drinking a bitter coffee. Later when you're given a chocolate, you'll be able to appreciate it more.
Amazing episode by Kenny and Rahul. Cheers :)
This needs to be pinned! ❤️
Wow what an interesting perception
Kenny points a finger at Rahul and says " I wanted to shoot you in the hotel we were in".
Yaap exactly 🤣😂
😂😂
🤣late but lol!!
I am a graphic designer/illustrator and I work at an ad agency and I honestly love going to work and having a routine designated job hours. I just feel I would really do too much timepass if were a full time freelancer. So, It depends on person to person like you guys mentioned.
Agree 100% considering I'm a creative person and my brain is chaos as is. The routine of a 9-5(6) works to bring some structure to my life, freeing out time for study, exercise, and passion projects.
Hey can I ask u a question,,I am kind of learning ui/ux design stuff,,should I get a degree on it bcz I m already doing ba 1st year only but how much it's imp to have a degree things should I move forward to it,,if u suggest and share your experience it would help me a lot !! Thnks have a nice day !!!
@@vidhisharma6613 hey vidhi, I did my college long back and design was still a new stream of subject. Infact UI/UX was introduced in our college while we were in 2nd year. Even though all kinds of info is out there on the internet to learn UI/UX but, I feel getting a degree would help you get a better job that is if you're planning to apply for any international jobs and all.
Rahul is absolute eye candy 😍 (I realise this comment doesn’t add anything to the conversation but idc)

Hi 👋 Software Engineer here. Never thought about how I looked at life until Kenny said 'Everything is just something that has not been solved yet.' Yes, omg that is exactly how my mind works. I always look for solutions in every obstacle I face. Never made any issue so huge that I can't get through it. I have always thought that everything can be solved with patience and correct logic✌ You're absolutely right Kenny, thats how coders think.
2:59 "When I was in US, I was in Canada :D"
Loool🤣🤣
😂😂
So I’m not the only one who noticed it. 😂
the real problem with listening to kenny is, you see and understand everything with a dual perspective ...like everything seems both ..right and wrong at the same time...and his damn freaking soothing voice makes you listen more of it..i like it
Aggred
I've seen Rahul's stand up and loved them but his two Crowdwork episodes on RUclips were a revelation... Keep it up Rahul👍!
Kenny has always been my Favourite since long but I miss his stand up comedies now!!
I am from a "Western" country and I turned to RUclips to find comedy which related more to my background and upbringing. I came across both of you by chance and I can honestly say that you have brightened my days with your jokes. I will not speak for other women, but I can say that I think it is a very attractive quality when men are able to be feminine and express it. Kenny the stand-up where you borrowed your friend's purse and dissected it, is one of my ALL TIME favourites. It was so amazing to see you so open and confident about your sexuality. That stand-up episode could've gone so bad but you pulled it off so well and made fun of everyone. Rahul, your humor is so witty and intelligent. Your Pakistan and India clip was very funny and I enjoyed how you engaged the audience. I agree that you are excellent at crowd work and should do more. You both are so terrific and I am very happy to see you able to support each other and grow. I hope the same for female comics everywhere too. Kudos to you both and wishing you well.
This whole over explanation thing is the biggest trait of a nice and a paavam person.
All the girls crushing on Kenny but I find Rahul soo cute!💕😭
But seriously, great podcast.
Heyy Kenny! I am 15 years old and I find your podcast really calming and peaceful. Thanks for making these episodes. 👍❤️
I feel like I haven't enjoyed anything more than this podcast ever. This is so inquisitive, enlightening and light-hearted, plus the calm. Beautiful.
the whole thing Rahul said about being in a place in the past, like science in school and not enjoying it at that time and then regretting it in future clicked so well with me too... i have done engineering and now that I look back, I regret not doing it properly and not enjoying it, as now that I read more about the stuff that I have read in past in school and college, I thoroughly enjoy it.
anyways I love these podcasts of yours, Kenny... hope you post more often.
I think it has more to do with the education system being focused on marks than the joy of learning
Till there is a system where scoring is mere priority you cannot do that
Thank you, Kenny! Your podcasts helped me during my hopeless times
Its not only me with hoplessness🤔🤔
Listen to the internet said so, it's helped me as well
Watching my two south indian men vibing is soo wholesome ❤️❤️❤️
he should have let rahul pitch in with his views before answering himself first .we missed out on rahul's perspective and delved more into kenny's way of looking at things.
rahul became passive eventually with this approach.
I have a crush on both Rahul and Kenny 😍
Your profile picture makes you look like a second grader

Checked twice today to see if I missed the latest episode. And here it is !!!! Yayyyyy
Hey Kenny. I just adoreee the long recording of you talking. Because of this wonderful virus, students like myself are still stuck at home and in order to 'help us', our just as wonderful teachers gives us some extra buttloads of notes and assignments. I was listening to songs on Spotify and I saw your podcast and man, u literally saved me from going completely out of it. I listened to all the episodes in like 2-3 days and yet I still haven't finished my notes. Thank you for doing this. Please don't stop. Love you Kenny
*Kenny and Rahul discussing something profound*
Le RUclips:- Ad dekhega?
I have just started following the #simpleken series and I can’t stop watching it ya! Like all these days Kenny was our amazingly sweet guy swooning in with his guitar and jokes! And this is him being just so transparent about his feelings that we as a generation are all going through.. really endearing! ❤️🤗Don’t ever stop this!
Nobody:
Kenny: I can be feminine but if you mess with me I'll beat you up
Probably the only episode where he didn’t say “it’s not a podcast, it’s just a long recording of me talking” 😂😂
Ps: love your PODCASTS 😂💜
I was so surprised that this podcast even has a video version lol, I've been listening to the Spotify version and it keeps me company while I'm working. So thank you for the audio format it helped me get through my internship in a fun way :)
Great episode Kenny and Rahul, took a lot from this episode.....really good perspectives, gave something to think about! and Thank you for taking my comment. :))
When I was small I used to watch Shaktiman every Sunday. When the title track used to play I used to be so excited. There are times you are happy and then there are times you are so happy you jump with joy.
I felt the same today when I saw this episode came out and I was hearing the title track. Somehow this long recording of you talking has connected with me on a very deep level. Thank you Ken!
Thankyousomuch for keeping this long recording of you talking going on 😭❤️
"Being funny guy in general is very bad"
OMG :(
just listening to both of your perspectives on random things have naturally opened up my mind in different ways, you have an amazing thing going on here with these podcasts!
Have always liked Rahul a lot, as a person, thanks for inviting him, we got to know him more..... and I knew it is going to be interesting :) He is a very positive person....
"pushing yourself to do better is veryyy irritating" DAMN YES
my two fave comedians in the same frame. i'm ok
This episode was so good. Thank you for doing these :) I really like how genuine you keep it.
Please keep doing these.
This Podcast tbh really gave me a good perspective of what decisions I need to take in my career. In this line by Rahul, maths and science is fun and interesting when u don't have pressure to score, just to understand. these words really hit me hard. Thanks a lot for this podcast, Kenny.
"you walk in an IT office and be like have you seen steve jobs? what are you doing?" LMAAOOO
The irony is steve jobs was not even a coder 😅
This was sooo short !!! But a wonderful conversation. Bring Rahul back whenever u can.
I love the way Rahul smiles. So candid :)
Kenny, you are so soft spoken. Both of you look cute in this episode. Also people who are able to do what they like are truly blessed. It takes a lot of courage, support and effort to switch to a different field.
Was waiting for this❤️
🙌 talking about real issue like insecurity as every person have for something or the other.. Hatsoff..
Never been into podcasts. But this was beautiful and insightful. Gonna finish the whole series.
I always wanted to see these both comedians on one platform. My most favs...
The honesty in both of you! Man, thank you:)
Two of my comedians together, this is the Monday blues remedy I needed. Thank you for doing this, Kenny
Most mature episode with two super sweet people! Loved listening to it!
One of my favourite episodes
I saw your podcast for the first time Kenny and daymn... That was good
And Rahul was great as well
Dear Kenny , please ask Rahul to upload more audience work/crowd work videos on youtube. Thanks, You will get lots of punyam 🔥
This was a dream for me... Two of my favourites...
Thank you Ken and Rahul..Didn't know this was the motivation I needed!
Inspiring and wholesome , Could you please get Shwetabh Gangwar on an episode? It would be amazing

I can't get enough on these podcasts man. Really love it
Simply beautiful! The insights are so relatable and organic. Thank you Kenny & Rahul. Cheers!
Best way to start off the week
Torment always creates good art is overhyped because it feels heroic
This is one of the best podcasts I have ever heard.. wow... great one. Its so organic and so true
Love these two, very different perspectives - Nice one!!
I resonated with a lot of points shared here. Especially that 'should have learned for the knowledge not the score'. Got validated on lot of other things too 😝
That line “ I became less funny when I became professional comedian “ 😂
Thank you for this episode Kenny and Rahul I felt like my question were getting discussed here. Truly motivating thanks !
Why do I always feel that you guys are my inner voice or very close friends? Everyone should watch simple ken specially the teenagers from school and colleges. It enhance and broaden your perspective, values, meaning and add more experience. Your conversations are really peaceful 🙏🏻.
Wooowww, With the two bests!! Worth the wait.! love you kenny, and little bit rahul too xD
best way to procrastinate studies and not feel guilty about it
Kenny, great episode! Much to learn for not only young artists, but coming up in any discipline. Can’t wait to come to back to India to see you and Abish and Kameez and everyone in a live show.
Best 39 minutes spent. So much to learn and resonate with.
More like Affirming myself about everything related to adulthood.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts Rahul and Kenny 🌼
We would love to see alicia souza as one of the next simple ken guests :)
Hey. Your voice is soo soothing and deep.
I loved this podcast. So many emotions that sync with what these two have mentioned. Amazing!
Thank you for making this amazing long recording of u talking...u always inspire a lot Kenny I listen to the it while I m doing my everyday sketching . Please try and make it every week . Thank you again again
It's been only 9 minutes since this 39 min long video has been uploaded and there are already 4 dislikes... These ppl need to get a life man
These are those people once Kenny mentioned in show that some people hate comedy and comedian and get angry 😂😂😂
@@AnkushSharma-is9fb They hate comedy, not dislike but hate comedies 😂😂😂
Good reference buddy 😂😂
You need to get a life on getting offended on such things
My two favourite stand-up comedians!!wow
The vibe of this show is so damn good! Great stuff, Kenny!
Simple Ken always brings a smile on my face :) thank you Kenny ❤️
I think the long recording of Kenny talking and not giving advice to others is such a smart way of helping out people. Giving advice is oh so easy because you don’t empathise. But when you talk about you, that’s when the real solutions come through. Kudos Kenny ❤️✌️
PS: I genuinely think you both are good looking af lol
The biggest revelation for me in this episode was to realise that Rahul doesn't have a South Indian accent for real!
2 of my fav comedians in 1 vid..! Could my day get any better?!
Was waiting for this one since a long time. Keeping all my work aside to watch this one!!!
guys check out the podcast version cause for some reason it is longer than this yt version (56 mins)
What are the extra topics?
I WAS WAITING FOR THIS ❤️
Amazing! Love these podcasts!
Thoroughly enjoyed the podcast. Just the kind of conversation one wants to be a part of.
That "FUNNY GUY"thing was so true
#SimpleKen Hey kenny. I'm from Bangalore. Your "podcast" sorry "Long recording of you talking" is amazing. My girlfriend always tells me that yours and mine English accent is so much similar. I guess it's because of common city Bangalore.
Most of your #Simpleken episodes have a well known person in collab. Would it be exciting if you sometime choose some random person from your subs for a collab? and make a good content. It will be so much exciting for everyone.
I mean I'm not giving you a hint to choose me for the video😁. But I would love to❤. We can work for that anywhere in Bangalore. Your team can also make a research on me to check if that's really a good idea. I dont know how but I'm pretty sure that I will meet you on a chai someday. Keep this smile up always. See you soon dude 😊
This was my fav episode in Simple Ken! loved it.
This was brilliant! Enjoyed watching it. It's great to see such amount of self growth and awareness. As a psychotherapist, I am interested to understand, if Mental Health becomes a concern for you in your career (in terms of success, failures, joking about oneself, looking at traumatic life experiences lightly and sharing that with an audience). What all steps do you take to work on your self reflection and hence, your growth?
But you have roads 😂
Hey Kenny!!! Your podcasts are really helpful.... My question is.. I am the type of guy who seeks for a lot of attention. Like whether it is a friend or a family member if they are with me then I want all there attention. But everytime I feel like everyone is ignoring me and taking me for granted. Why do I feel so much alone and insecure and confused all the time!!!
This was gooood ....Kenny we'd like to listen to y'all converse more often !!
This is a very intersting podcast , different perspective ! Loved it Kenny and Rahul ❤️ love you guys and your stand up ! Following you guys for many years
