Which ended up in Macy’s so quick and it didn’t even last long in there. Regardless, Beyoncé hasn’t been working as long as JLo. I think she just needs time to build up to JLO status.
I think the biggest difference is that Jlo literally treated her career as a true business and knew how to drive it to new heights. Hard working woman knew how to build a brand, thats the thing, focus and build a brand. Even if you are not the best singer, actor or dancer, you are able to create a brand, you make it big. Another example, the Kardashians, those girls build a brand. That was very smart on her part.

The experiences she describes, is education, college provides those experiences for many who otherwise would not have that exposure, what may have taking years to learn, such as ownership vs licenses, perhaps one with an MBA may have learned in a semester, education has it's merit and it involves work, discipline, commitment, skill, knowledge, ability, intelligence, diligence, focus and passion and is an ongoing process adding experience to that is priceless, you can be successful with both, one or the other, it depends how you define success for yourself. There are a lot of ignorant people with a lot of money. Value is something you have regardless, we sometimes just need to learn to recognize that we are valuable because we are.
I agreed education is monumental and very important but aren’t we getting an education to have a better job that pays well? She made it in life so far with her street smarts, intuition, intelligence and made millions. I think timing is huge in life. Maybe she was propelling so fast ahead that she made way more money then if she would’ve spent 4-6 years on education. Jlo is defiantly a go getter. Sometimes people do nothing or very little because they don’t want to make mistakes. In this case she went for it and yes very expensive lessons but she’s almost a billionaire.
And don’t get me wrong, I believe education is very important and yes there’s a lot of uneducated people that should go to school. Jlo is incredibly motivated and driven and unfortunately a lot of people are not. There’s an incredibly amount of lazy people.
