A lot of the stuff she's uploaded is when she's purposely trying to induce sleepwalking for videos which I guess for her means eating a ton of cheese before she goes to sleep. She also mentions it happens for other reasons like stress and stuff too. Her partner Adam is such a great sport with it. I think right now he's actually dealing with some sort of medical condition, but I could be mistaken. Also the second sleepwalker is her brother. I think they both wanted to see what would happen if they interacted while sleepwalking, so they did their own things to try to make it happen. I have a brother that talks in his sleep. the amount of stuff i have heard makes me laugh and I am the only one who can recall them. I have recorded some of it a few times when we were young but couldn't bring myself to let him hear himself. The vocab is not welcoming in today's world sadly. 😂😂😂😂 I found out the first night my hubby and I slept together that he sleep talks as well as later finding out he sleep walks when under stress. The first night he sits up cross legged in the bed with his head in his hands. I thought maybe he was feeling sick so I asked him if he was ok. No response. I sit up and start rubbing his back and asking him if he's alright. No response still. Suddenly he turns to me with his eyes closed and says "Rawr! I'm a DINOSAUR!" Then lays back down and is out cold. I'm left sitting there like "what just happened?!" It took me a while to get back to sleep due to the giggles.😂
as a lifelong sleepwalker, I would consider myself a self-saboteur when i’m on one. like if i don’t wanna do something, i’ll do it in my sleep. so naturally i have a fear of waking up outside or in a dangerous situation. i have woken up many times trying to get outside, but thank god i don’t fully understand how doors & locks work when i’m sleepwalking. btw i love your content. ❤
I used to sleepwalk occasionally when I was 9 or 10, never went very far around the house though and usually woke up under a small coffee table we had in the living room.

The biggest thing to come out of sleep walking was when I sprayed bleach on the bathroom curtains. There have been times where he’s recorded us having a 10 minute conversation, just last week we talked about how he HAD TO get the watermelon out of the freezer to defrost it for thanksgiving tomorrow. So I've been known to sleep walk rarely (that I'm at least aware of, it could be more frequently than I realize tbh lol) but the last major episode was when I was in high school years ago and I "woke up" to go walk my dog early one morning. My aunt was over at the house for the weekend and she watched me exit the bedroom, grab the dog leash, hook up my dog, unlock the front door, and just head straight outside into the POURING RAIN IN MY PJs with socks and no shoes. She just stood there in the doorway sipping her coffee while supervising us in the lawn lmao. When I got back inside and took the leash off my dog, it hit the floor and it woke me up. I was so damn confused as to why I was drenched and in the kitchen, and she just took a loud sip to get my attention and was like "Are we back with the living now?" and gave me a towel. But to answer your question about whether or not to wake someone up that is sleep walking, (and this is why she didn't do it to me) is because it can cause us to have a head injury. Some people assume this means like brain damage, but its just that when we are forced into waking up, sometimes we don't realize we're not in bed anymore and can potentially lose our balance and hit our head on something, like furniture, a kitchen counter, the floor, etc. When you naturally come out of it, your brain is already prepared to help you hold yourself up since your brain was the one that put you into sleepwalking and wakes you back up. When I got woken up by the leash hitting the ground, I just happened to grab the kitchen table for stability and saved myself from falling on my ass 😂

My uncle is a sleep walker, one time in the middle of the night when he was a kid he walked to the corner of the wall and pulled his pants down, my mum (an insomniac) saw what was happening and screamed "NO DON'T PEE IN THE CORNER". That woke him up and him realizing what he was doing started screaming as well, over 30 years later my mum has 4 children, AND 2 OF THEM ARE SLEEPWALKERS!!! one night my brother got up in my mum's room, walked to the closed door, while struggling to open the door he started chanting " WICKELKEK WICKELKEK WICKELKEK" my mum saw this and decided to wake him up. Oh and btw, I'm a sleep screamer, my family hates it

Buddy of mine had that problem for a long time. The click of the hotel door closing behind him would wake him up and he'd have to go to the desk naked for a key. Knowing that man he probably didn't even try to cover up lol.
As I kid I would sleep walk and man... It was horrible. Idk how or when it started or how or when it stopped- but geez. My mom wouldn't directly wake me up, which probably was the right thing to do, but she would put me in the shower and I would wake up freezing cuz of course, the water would get cold. This video reminds me of the time I was staying at my dad's friends house and they are extremely nice people from England and they where watching me while my dad was a way and I guess one night I was sleeping walking and they told me about it the next day. Apparently I was in their kitchen for no reason and when they came up to me and helped me back to bed I guess I yelled F*ck to the top of my lungs for no absolute reason. When they told the next morning I felt so bad for them. But what makes it funnier is that I was either 12-15 at the time an I don't remember if i even knew the word at the time or ever hurd of it.😂😂

I've only sleep walked a couple times, but I do sleep talk. I've also punched and kneed my walls in my sleep which of course woke me up because it hurt. Usually when sleep talking though, I'm either apologizing to my cat, trying to get her to come to me, or am just really angry at something or someone. I have a sleep recorder and one of my favorites is of me saying in a very aggressive whisper "Imma punch your front teeth in" with absolutely no context

I actually woke up at the police station once because they pulled me over for drifting. On ambien. That was the instance that made me quit

8:28 - From what I heard, it depends on the person. Because you are essentially waking someone up from an extremely deep sleep, they immediately kick into fight or flight mode, so you’ll startle the shit outta them and they’ll either scream or start swinging.
ive only ever sleptwalked twice in my life,both time as a kid. first time i walked from my room into my brothers room in his bed and was very confused waking up in the morning lol. and the second time i knocked a huge crt tv on the floor and went back to my bed

I never thought in my life i’d watch my favorite youtuber react to Celina sleep walking. Made my day seeing this. Always makes me laugh so hard I cry, so this made it even better.
My uncle is a sleep walker, one time in the middle of the night when he was a kid he walked to the corner of the wall and pulled his pants down, my mum (an insomniac) saw what was happening and screamed "NO DON'T PEE IN THE CORNER". That woke him up and him realizing what he was doing started screaming as well, over 30 years later my mum has 4 children, AND 2 OF THEM ARE SLEEPWALKERS!!! one night my brother got up in my mum's room, walked to the closed door, while struggling to open the door he started chanting " WICKELKEK WICKELKEK WICKELKEK" my mum saw this and decided to wake him up. Oh and btw, I'm a sleep screamer, my family hates it

Buddy of mine had that problem for a long time. The click of the hotel door closing behind him would wake him up and he'd have to go to the desk naked for a key. Knowing that man he probably didn't even try to cover up lol.

As I kid I would sleep walk and man... It was horrible. Idk how or when it started or how or when it stopped- but geez. My mom wouldn't directly wake me up, which probably was the right thing to do, but she would put me in the shower and I would wake up freezing cuz of course, the water would get cold. Sleep walking has created many embarrassing stories for me LOL.

This video reminds me of the time I was staying at my dad's friends house and they are extremely nice people from England and they where watching me while my dad was a way and I guess one night I was sleeping walking and they told me about it the next day. Apparently I was in their kitchen for no reason and when they came up to me and helped me back to bed I guess I yelled F*ck to the top of my lungs for no absolute reason. When they told the next morning I felt so bad for them. But what makes it funnier is that I was either 12-15 at the time an I don't remember if i even knew the word at the time or ever hurd of it.😂😂
When i was younger i did. Now days i tend to wake up talking to people who aren't there. Actually the last one i remember was my used to be step dad somehow being in my room and yelling how the fuck he got in my room before brandishing a heavy pair of wire cutters to chuck at him 🤣

I've only sleep walked a couple times, but I do sleep talk. I've also punched and kneed my walls in my sleep which of course woke me up because it hurt. Usually when sleep talking though, I'm either apologizing to my cat, trying to get her to come to me, or am just really angry at something or someone. I have a sleep recorder and one of my favorites is of me saying in a very aggressive whisper "Imma punch your front teeth in" with absolutely no context

Well, idk if its technically sleepwalking, but thats why i had to quit ambien. I was DRIVING places in my sleep. Recording videos of a pitch black room at 2 am lol. I actually woke up at the police station once because they pulled me over for drifting. On ambien. That was the instance that made me quit

I apparently sleep talk but apparently it’s mostly me talking about food and one time I went on a trip with like 8 friends to a house on a bay and we were all in a loft with a bunch of beds and a friend who stays up late said one of my best friends in the group slept walk to the window and pointed out and yelled “THE LIGHT, THE LIGHT, THE LIGHT!” For a few seconds and laid back down

8:28 - From what I heard, it depends on the person. Because you are essentially waking someone up from an extremely deep sleep, they immediately kick into fight or flight mode, so you’ll startle the shit outta them and they’ll either scream or start swinging.
