Even MT can not be generalized, Top notch MT is different than normal one. In India 6 -7 top MT available where selection process is very tough while others are not so difficult but at the same time not so rewarding

Sir , as you have explained we can become a general manager but we cant earn money because 20- 25 years of our life have already been destroyed after getting a job which is considered as the most valuable part of our life to earn money.
