I have purchased various Temu merchandise. Most of it is decent quality, some of it is not. Anything that is of good quality is going to cost more anyway. I did put together a good cooking system for approx. $35.00 and is well worth the investment.
At 18:49 you can see that the corner of the water jug is already dented. Doesn't say much for the toughness of the plastic. I've never bought anything from Temu, but I might have to check it out.
Yeah, I noticed that and pushed it back out. Everything from Temu is shipped in bags and I’ve been lucky to not have any damaged items in the many orders I’ve placed. There’s some cool gadgets on Temu for sure.
Id suggest putting a piece of cloth under small gas canister when putting it in pot because eventually it leaves a ring of rust in the bottom of the pot.. 👍 great vid
I started with the Temu stove and cookset before getting the (off-brand) JetBoil. It was £18 and a branded JetBoil is well over £120. It's just as good. JetBoils are over priced
@@alicedyment4219 are you a new user or have you purchased before on Temu? If you sign up with the links I posted you should receive a $100 coupon bundle. What that means is after you place an order you’ll get coupons for $30 off $100 etc. The best coupons I’ve used are the credit ones. It will be a promotion where you spend $100 and receive $50 in credits after you order for future use. Hopefully that helps.
We also buy things from TEMU. I have found the exact same products in stores here, and it would be double or triple the price. I have come across some poor quality products, but they will refund you. I got me one of those portable camp stoves like you ( in the orange container), it was 6 dollars more! And, that gas cartridge you have, is not available here in Hawaii. Lol. Nice haul!
I wouldn't personally use temu products that come into contact with things I ingest, such as the cutlery or water container. Too many temu products are poor quality and you risk ingesting dangerous chemicals. The other products fine but I just wouldn't risk drinking contaminated water.
From what I learned in Business school is this: a product can have the label" Made in the USA or America" has the product first outsourced ( usually China/ Taiwan, cheap labor) , sent back to the US. The company then rent a Customs approved place to add 10% of a real US made product onto the outsourced product, and slap a " Made in the USA/ America " label on it, and it's all legal. I do agree, they have some poor products. They refund you if your not satisfied.
@@djamani9013 not hating on tenu, I've bought from them a few times with no complaints, I'd just rather spend a bit more to buy something thats certified food safe in these cases
I have that little stove. Did a review on my channel with several. I like the little orange box stoves.

Great info. I appreciate the tip!
I got that same cook set for $8 bucks. Even $13 is great. REI one pot I paid $50.
how long is the hammock? i have to have an 11ft. anything shorter crushes my shoulders.
Nice mate, love my temu shopping.
It’s rather addicting, filling up the cart with all sorts of cool items.
The table cloth is beautiful
Please don't surround your canister and burner with the windscreen. It will heat the canister and might blow up. 16:13
I got the orange light. It's very good if charged with the usb.. kinda slow with the solar though..
@@shooster5884 nice! yeah, there’s no way that little solar panel will charge it fully but it will help keep it topped up during the day.
@@freerangecamper that mini stove is a find..
I have mini Temu flat pack one.. just a grill with a door on the fire box.. but it works..
Good video. & nice equipment
Thanks 👍
Cut out on the side of the water carrier is maybe storage for the small clear pipe?
I think you are right. I’ll test it out.
Yes it is.
@@carmenmartinez2882 confirmed. That’s the spot! It’s a great water jug. The valve feels so nice compared to others I own.

I kerp getting notices about coupons from Temu, but have no idea how to get them. Any ideas would be helpful.

How did you pay $1.78 for the fire starter set? It's now worth $27 😩 it was the only one like the one you bought.
@@LVenetia wait what? No way the fire starter (Ferro rod) is that much??
I am telling you if you know how to shop temu you can get things cheap. Of course, some lemons, but most good.
that stove is bigger than mine and it cost me 16.00
2 minutes and 89 seconds is longer than 3 minutes and 20 seconds, by 9 seconds 😂
A ferro rod is NOT a flint.
@@malsurvives ok thanks.
Were these items given to you free by Temu?
I had $100 credit so kind of. I get credits often from purchasing.
I get credit too. I also got credit for a defective product.
What country is this company from
China

I get it. Just remember almost every product you buy elsewhere is made in China too.
