finally the Dark Angel reboot I've been waiiting over 20 years to see!
For a while there I thought The Garfield Movie was a screensaver......
The Beetlejuice movie looks like fun. The other movies starring Karen Gillian, Kelsey Grammer, Jessica Alba and Eric Bana look promising. Deadpool and Wolverine is the most anticipated movie of the year for me. But whoever thought that inane Garfield trailer will make anyone want to see it they should be fired immediately. I just wanted it to end. Harold and the Purple Crayon is more cooler than that Garfield trailer. And I didn't know that was David Duchovy until half way through the trailer. Amazing transformation looking forward to that movie as well.
Beetlejuice really gives me those vibes that I would get when I was a kid during fall, or specifically Halloween. Being outside, hear the leaves rustling around with that nice cool breeze, go inside my fall/Halloween decorated house and the Halloween movies would be running.
Have not had this feeling in like 15ish years.

I would like to mention that “Harold and the Purple Crayon “ is an excellent kids book, and if you have little ones I highly recommend it.

Beetlejuice does not look that great, but we'll hope for the best since they made the cast larger. I am ready for some Eddie Murphy back on the big screen though.
It's not on the big screen though, it's on Netflix, which is fine with me, because I don't go to the theaters anymore for movies, I just wait until they get on one of the streaming services instead! Then if I want to go to the bathroom or get something to eat/drink I don't have to miss anything, I just pause it and go, lol! I haven't bothered with theaters for more then a decade!
Now I just know I don't need to see the Beverly Hills Cop cuz I just watched the preview that pretty much tells you everything you need to know I'll wait for it to come on TV watch it for free

of note, when rebooting a film, or making a part 2, remember *"titles create expectations."* at least TRY to hit the quality, mood and theme of the film of origin. or call the film something else.
everyone should take a second out to think when did they last see an unique, epic, high water mark film. (even a reboot or part 2 of that caliber.)
