I appreciate these top of their field people alot, these players are really good, but I truely admire yatoro for his confidence in himself and his team, the consistent aggression and blinking in was incredible

Not just good, LGD was actually great in game 1. In some teamfights they outplayed Spirit, but that was a game where you can say that the other team was definitely better.

TS is alive and kicking. Looks like they‘d put their hands on the Aegis for the second time in the team history. Yatoro and Collapse are just too strong, the whole team is just too good this year.
This is Collapse META once again. It feels like theres 2 Yatoro in one team. The initiation and the discipline is off the charts. And not forgetting the supports, Mira and Miposhka just saving and healing, what a team.
They got best offline and support duo.Dota have many po1 and 2 players but good po3,4 and 5 are hard to find in decline Dota era.The other teams can't compare with their 3 to 5

It does feel like Collapse is the pos 2 while Larl is the mid that takes a step back to let the other cores take the spotlight. That playstyle works wonders to make Yatoro and Collapse win the game with the team.

I like how when magnus pulled yatoro deep into the base, instead of running away this dude just said "you want me to go into your fountain? SURE" (*proceeds to waveform even deeper and destroy people)

Yeah collapse is still god on his mag, but the fact that this centaur can stand strong makes lgd win many bot lane fight and even sometimes solo kill tb just to buy times for lgd to clean up, but I guess it's still too much pressure on this new young bloods, hope they can recover to put up a best fight in the grand final

Team Spirit on their best form. Their individual skills are in another level. LGD needs to regroup if they want a rematch, GG is waiting and they should not be underestimated, they found their rythm and they are the king of this season's DPC for a reason. We are blessed with this kind of quality dotes. Can't wait for tomorrow's games!
It truly shows in both matches, TS individual skill is superior or equal to their individual counterparts on the enemy team.
Now I'm convinced yatoro is the best carry right now even in pubs. He outfarm everybody, and he never gives up and his timing and positioning is really really good

I mean there’s a lot of amazing match throughout the years of TI, like the EG vs EHOME match was amazing don’t get me wrong, but the way the games are being played then and now are very different. With more heroes, items and aghs shard added to the game the complexity of the game is largely increase, therefore the skills of the pro players as well.
Back then when I was watching tournaments I’d be like “Yeap they’re good at the game” but nowadays with the level the games are being played they were no more “just good at the game”, you have to be “good” yes, but at another fcking level to be able to play the fcking game in fcking TI.
Hats off to Team Spirit, never really was a TS fan but I gotta say man they really played damn well. Respect to the players for giving us amazing games like this.

it's hard for a team to bounce back from the heartbreaking loss in game 1, while the momentum is on with the winning team. It's pretty understandable when TS sweep LGD in game 2.

Bro Dota 2 is dying game no one gonna remember TI or anything in 5-10 years. You can't have legacy in dota 2 it's not a traditional sport. Ofc you would even want to win a casual game why lose but main focus is money and if there isn't too much money diffrence between 2nd and 4th place it shouldn't matter for those players too much i stand by my point. Im not saying it doesnt matter im saying it doesnt matter too much.

They weren't cheap. They put in the same amount they put every year, 1,6 million. The rest of the money was 25% of Compendium revenue. Since this year's Compendium doesn't give you anything of value, people didn't invest in it. The die-hard fans probably bought the 7 euro variant and that was it. 1,53 million added to the 1,6 from Valve. They did say at the start of 2023 that they are ignoring visuals and Compendium this year and focusing on mechanics and balance. Expect more next year.

I know everyone's on the Spirit train.. so am I. But, Niu and the other two first timers need some appreciation. He plays like a beast and it's his FIRST TI. I do not know how much of a factor being in LGD made him this good, but China scene needs to build around players like him/them. Young bloods with amazing potential will get the Aegis to the east again.
If lgd and ts plays in final again, it will be tough to predict who will win!
