This was so good. I struggled with safety and the way they explained it and to shift my focus on that I am caring more about how I feel and to focus on my step towards the unfolding of my new perspective and being and life, rather than reacting or responding to things, to take note of the patterns between circumstances and how I feel at the time, ah it Is so such a relief and freedom that we all are fine and continue the love appreciate and live life. This was great indeed. Thank you!
