Farhan Sadique is an Assistant Professor of Adult Education at Kansas State University and has a PhD in Workforce Development and Training. He has also published researcher in workforce and career development, and is an Editorial Assistant at OD Network.
Aileen Zaballero is a Senior Partner at R&A LLC. She has a Ph.D. in Workforce Education & Development and Comparative International Education from the Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD).
