This MAP is partly based on headcanon although I don't think it really shows. My idea was that Tigerstar would blame Bluestar's reign for all the bad stuff that happens to him offscreen between Bluestar's Prophecy and Into the Wild. His mentor and mother both die and the clan is short of apprentices and warriors. He is determined for fulfill his mentor's dream of being leader. You can kind of see that in part 6, but maybe I'll make another MAP in the future that focuses more on it.

Imagine how much pain Leopardfoot must have been in when the only kit in her litter who survived caused the torture and deaths of so many more cats and she couldn't even reunite with her son when he died

This is wonderful! I've always wondered how Leopardfoot must feel about her son, and that little bit at the end made me tear up a bit, and the way the leader ceremony was depicted gave me chills. This deserves way more views!
Yeah, I don't know if it came off some much in this map, but I have a headcanon that Tigerclaw started to hate Bluestar and Redtail because his family (thistle and leopard) died in the early days of Bluestar's leadership. Not saying it's blue's fault, but easy for him to blame her
you know what? why didn’t starclan drop a tree on him? mudclaw wasn’t close to being as bad but they dropped a tree on him
@@nothingfordarkness 1. because that would be too easy and in the first series starclan's only control over the physical world was making clouds come sometimes. also the books said something about shadowclan sort of needing him for moral purposes. if you read tigerclaw's fury this is pretty accurate. shadowclan was crumbling.
2. in bluestar's prophecy they said something about starclan having no power in tigerstar's life because he should never have even lived past kithood.
Unless the books explicitly show Tigerclaw had a leader ceremony (which I don't think they did, feel free to correct me), I headcanon that Tigerstar never had nine lives because in into the wild, Tigerclaw was scared of the moonstone
@@rowanheart8122 I like that headcanon, but the novella, Tigerclaw's Fury, does show his leader ceremony.
I love when StarClan is just screaming at Tigerclaw ~ An interesting interpretation to why he ran away on that trip to the moonstone with Bluestar and Firepaw
yeah it's heavily implied because bluestar says he fears starclan's powerful presence. of course it's because he killed redtail and he knows starclan knows
I love the part near the end where Redtail and Spottedleaf (Leopardfoot's siblings) try to stop her from going to her son, but she ignores them despite him literally killing one of them. It shows how thoughtless at times a mother's love can be and she disregarded everything in that moment except the safety of her only son.

I kinda forgot about tigerstars mother after reading bluestars profecy but that's probably because she didn't reappear in any of the books.
