Okay so I made these and it didn't turn out the same as in the picture. I added 2 cups of all purpose flour and then the brownie cookies were perfect. This recipe doesn't work as shown. But once the flour is added it does. Hope this tip works for y'all who's watching 😁
I just made these this afternoon and they are fantastic! The consistency is a 10 out of 10. The glossy surface is a thing of beauty! These will definitely satisfy anyone's chocolate craving! I miss the butter, though. So - I am off to make Joshua's brownies. My husband has gladly taken the cookies off my hands! I make a similar recipe a lot and it’s really good with toasted chopped pecans as well as the chocolate chips. They add texture and some delicious relief from all the sugar.

I sleep on beds not Jin's talent thank you goodbye yes it did work however make sure you use veeerry small amounts of dough on the tray cause they expand like crazy, and take them out of the oven when they’re still slightly undercooked as they will continue to cook when you take them out. Leave them on the tray for like 5 minutes to cool and then put them on a baking tray cause I found if you try and take them off the baking tray straight away, they break and fall apart. I’d also suggest doing a test batch of like two before you make the rest to test how long you should cook them

Tried this last night. I replaced the corn starch with plain flour ( so just 14grams of flour ) and the powdered sugar with demerera sugar ( half as much demerera sugar) and added a bit of baking powder and they turned out pretty good. Very lush though and filling🙂

You do know that flour and sugar are both carbs and pretty much the exact same calories in weight? The only difference is taste..

I made this with 90% dark choc. Turns out the only good in the recipe is chocolate. What's the point of going through the trouble of making it and not having chocolate on its own🙃
