Welcome back to the skylanders carryon Locke! In this series, whenever an element of the area switches, I MUST switch to a skylander corresponding with that element and I cannot switch out again until the element of the area switches once more. If a skylander is defeated in combat they are classes as "dead" and cannot be used again throughout the remainder of a series. After we've beaten a game, we move onto the next game, and any remaining survivors at the end of each game are "carried over" to the next game. Each game will be tackled on nightmare mode to make things even more challenging. For each game, each element will get 1 new member added to the cast, and which specific skylander for each element will be added is chosen at random. If the Skylander chosen at random has an iteration within the game at hand (i.e: a series 2 Eruptor in Giants) that skylander is automatically upgraded to that version of the character, so if that version is defeated in combat, they revert back to their original form of the character and only when that version of the character is defeated in battle can the skylander be classed as "dead" (it's effectively a second life). Any skylanders being carried over that also have a new version of themselves in the game at hand also get upgraded to that newer version of themselves found in the game at hand. If the newer version of the character is lost causing the skylander to revert to their original, so long as the original makes it through to the next game, so long as that game at hand has a newer version of the original character, then the character can still upgrade to that version (i.e: if series 2 Eruptor is defeated in Giants but then the original makes it to Swap Force, we upgrade to series 3 Eruptor and the whole cycle starts over again). But if an original skylander makes to the next game after their newer version is defeated, they never revert back to a newer version if one isn't available from the game at hand. So in conclusion, if a skylander is defeated in combat, they are indeed classed as "dead", but only if its their original form which has been defeated. I hope you enjoy!

I just realised that the skylanders might takeover the title card
