From my perspective, I do miss working. When I turned 57 I had a diving accident and broke my neck and had 13 surgeries over an 8 yr period to fix spinal injuries. When I turned 65 in October, I realized the last 8 years I was unable to work but turning 65 with mandatory retirement, I grieved for the lost years. I understand the connection I had from work actually defined a part of who I was.. I get it!

I finally got a Honda Odyssey minivan. I'm getting it together. I'm so freaking excited!!! I'm going to take my 91 yr old grams on a day trip. She wants to see a few different garden places. I'm honored that I can take her & we can cook on open fire. I think she will like it. I'm so lucky to have her!!!

It will help with rust prevention. While they have the van painting it you might look at painting inside panels and frame. It's what they use on vehicle's in the military here in the U.S. that go thru mud and water a lot to keep them from degrading.
