The only part of the v10 5.2 engine that is built at Audi is the crankcase and cylinder block. Then the whole engine is built at Lamborghini. Even so the engine was originally developed by Lamborghini. It was originally developed for the p140 and Cala in the late 80's and was a 3.9.. Then early 2000 Lamborghini enlarged its displacement.. Audi themselves deny any part in its development, so for those of you saying it is an Audi engine, you are incorrect..
