Euston is (for the moment) the only London terminus with a rail service serving all corners of the Island of Great Britain
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 London to Cardiff, Swansea and Holyhead
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 London to Glasgow and Edinburgh (the others are served by the sleeper)

      Doesn't serve Ipswich/Norwich, Brighton or Portsmouth/Southampton.

diesel power from Euston to Ealing Broadway
electric power from Ealing Broadway to Newbury or Cardiff Central
then diesel power for the rest of the journey from Newbury to Exeter and beyond, or Cardiff Central to Swansea and Carmarthen

@@LokiAvivson It has to be diesel from Eustion because there's a ¼ mile gap in the electrification on Acton Bank. Typical UK stupidity when it comes to electrification.
