HEYYY YALL: so it's come to my attention that Ticketmaster will currently *not let you buy a ticket without creating an account.* This has never happened to me before but it seems like things have changed! So now you can just go through a process like normal and once you're prompted to, *you can sign into Ticketmaster or create an account after you selected your seats.* I just want to update you guys on that. Everything else is the same, you won't lose your tickets or anything like that. Thanks and love you 💜
Princess Galaxy Thanks for this! My only concern is that if I had multiple accounts with the same credit card info, Ticketmaster will block me. Idk man this shit’s so messy.
What if each person trying has their own account? For example, I'm logged into my Ticketmaster account (that has my info) on my phone, my mother is logged into her account which has her info, not mine, on her phone, and my friend is logged into her account from her laptop but we're all in the same room (ie using the same wifi and IP address) Will that work or would it still kick us off?
Meee!!! I’m going to the concert in Atlanta, Georgia, and I’m also leaving school a bit early so I can be ready for the sales! I’m using 6 devices... wish me the best of luck. 😂
I’ve been an army for a few years now but this is the first time I’m gonna try to go to a bts concert so I am CLUELESS. If this isn’t too nosy or personal to ask, how much were your VIP tickets? I need to know how much to save >.

Do you have any tips for meeting other army before the concert? I want to go to Wemberly or any other location in the uk for the 2020 tour but I dont really want to bring along a friend that isnt bothered about seeing bts, I would prefer to go with someone who really wants to see them and maybe needs someone to go with as well
HEY, I would highly suggest finding an army gc for the location you're going to, you can find them on Twitter or Instagram, it's a great way to meet new friends at the concert !!
@@Li-ho2rt I'm sorry, I swear I'm not elderly but I really don't know much about social media... could you tell me how to go about doing that-- and gc means group chat right haha??
Heyy!!! I'm planning on going to the Wembley/ *fingers crossed if they come to manchester* concert with 2 friends. You could possibly try come with us if you feel okay with it, or we could meet up at the concert :) my instagram is @chimtaehyung if you want to talk!
AXS is pretty similar to ticketmaster, you get put into the queue (pronounced like the letter Q) and then when you go into the actual ticketing section of the website you can choose your section and then pay, and the checkout is also timed...I recommend queuing half an hour early just as a precaution for AXS especially here in the UK where it’s a major ticketing service ☺️
Kaylee Vera really? It tends to be the main ticketing company here in the UK so I thought we would have been able to use it, ticketmaster causes more trouble than its worth here 😂😂😂
Tia Spragg oh no I just meant for if you want pre sale because I’m pretty sure it’s just tickets master for that but sale to the general public could be any ticketing site
Presales are going to be during school for me, so I literally got permission from my teacher to basically have my laptop and phone call going on for this process.
I literally scoured the internet and there is literally NO ONE who has made such a good and detailed and properly informational video... THANK U SO MUCH MAY GOD BLESS U GOMAWOYO!!!
I was wondering if I should get the army membership, but since it’s not clear at all, I’m not sure on what to do. Some memberships let’s fans buy before general public, but if that’s not the case for army then what’s the point?
Haniyya Ejaz You can get the international army member ship in the big hit official app weply. It cost about $30 in US dollars not including the shipping.
I have so much anxiety and pre-concert depression thinking about it!! Im trying to get tickets (hopefully floor) for Pasadena.. I have hope because they are going to another stadium here in California, and are going to Florida for the first time as well.. I hope that means less people from the bay area/ east coast, will try for the Pasadena one. Ive been watching videos like crazy. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Im praying we all get tickets and wish the best of luck to everyone trying. Remember any seat at a BTS concert is a good seat. IF YOU FAIL TO SUCCEED. KEEP TRYING. DONT GIVE UP.
I was so nervous before watching your vid but girl you are an ANGEL AND LIFESAVER i really hope to get a ticket for Berlin concert THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP🥺💗💘
About the BTS ARMY MEMBERSHIP! (In North America) WE HAVE PRESALE TICKET ACCESS! You have to register your Weply account and then REGISTER AGAIN through Ticketmaster so they’re linked, and THEN (if you’re “invited” after being verified on I think Feb. 4th because the sale is on Feb. 5th) you get a special code to enter the presale (basically they’re getting rid of bots) Because apparently you need to be signed in (and use your special code they’ll email you) I don’t think it’ll work being able to do the Membership registration the multiple device method, because you’d have to be logged into all of them at once. I COULD BE WRONG, but I’ve done research (since I’m a member myself) and I do believe us members, PRESALE-wise, will need to use one device. But, overall we do get first pick and there’s less of us than the non-member fans, so we shouldn’t have to fight quite as hard (Although there is indeed still a fight to get the tickets, and the ones that you want) You can also become a Verified Fan through Ticketmaster only and they have a presale as well! It’s the NEXT DAY AFTER the BTS Membership presale though, but nevertheless, a presale before the general public. I hope this can help anyone who’s a member! Just follow Weply’s and Ticketmaster’s guide for it all... Eventually you’ll have to give Ticketmaster your email for Weply and stuff like your name so they can verify you’re a real Member, so just remember to get to that part so you can get your code if you’re invited to the presale! DEADLINE IS (sometime) FEBRUARY 2nd so don’t forget! Double check in case something changes on Weply! And keep checking Ticketmaster for prices and what the seating is going to look like!
Thank you! Do I also have to verify my ticketmaster account if I want to go to a concert in Europe? Or will there be an extra verification process? I am really confused.
Franzi M Unfortunately I only know about the process in North America (I’ll edit my post to let others know too) but I’m assuming you’ll probably have to still verify... I’m not sure if Ticketmaster is used a lot in Europe, but I’m guessing you’ll probably have to verify something somewhere if they also have ticket presales. But this is my first time having the chance to go to a BTS concert so I also don’t know what they normally do
so, HI, joslynne here, and ummmm, i’m SUPER DUPER stressed about this and i’ve atleast watched twenty THOUSAND tip videos on buying concert tickets. but watching them doesn’t help me anymore, it just makes me more stressed.... everyone says something different and i don’t know what to do anymore.... i’ve been an army for 5-6 years now and i have YET to see bts in concert, and i want my first time to be floor tickets..... and everyone says it’s so hard to get them😔 i just am really stressed😅😔✌🏻anyways, have a good day💓
I think the reason why people were getting confused whether to refresh or not is because there were some army’s going around on twitter making fake ticketing tips for new army’s to like use, but they kept telling them to do stuff which you aren’t supposed to do, so they were telling them to refresh when you’re in the queue but guys don’t do that cause you lose your place in the queue
The information you gave honestly is why I was able to get my tickets easily and efficiently. They may be nosebleeds, but I am so blessed that I am able to go. Thank you so much for the advice!!💜
It is one phone number per TM account. TM will ask you for a phone number which will attach itself to that particular TM account/email. You will then get sent a numerical code which you put into TM. Then you will enter the queue officially to purchase tickets. i experienced this while buying Monsta X tickets. You are no longer able to use multiple devices with one account. One phone number (it has to be a valid phone number) per ONE TM account.
also if someone says refresh, they probably mean if there's no running man thingy, since last time for example for london, there wasn't a running man aka a real queue, so in that case you should probably refresh a bit early. there's just a difference in how ticketmaster handles the different sales and sometimes makes the ways to wait different...
i’ve literally never been to a concert for bts so like what is soundcheck, barricade, and is floor seats just standing?? and what are the price ranges of those?
My friends and I are trying to get P1 or P2 😖 This video was very helpful so thank you very much I was wondering if I do make multiple different accounts( like 3 lol ) for Ticketmaster will it let me put in and use the same debit card information? I’m just scared if I try to do that, that tm will block me or something
You're so welcome. no do NOT make separate accounts like I said in the video. if you're making separate accounts and you're under different devices then you're going to be kicked off of Ticketmaster's server. You also don't need to have an account to buy tickets.
@@yooniva p1 and p2 and sections of the stadium Their is also p3 and p4 P1 and p2 and the lower area( a bit closer to the stage ) while some p3 and so on are higher up I hope this makes since There is also a lot more helpful info on RUclips talking about them I'm sure♡
I swear your always helping with tickets !! for skz I was able to get row 20 seats ( not to mention it was my first time purchasing tickets ) and monsta x I got row 6 I'm so excited for both of these concert
OK SO THIS WILL BE MY FIRST TIME GOING TO A BTS CONCERT AND I’M SO FREAKING LOST! HELP!!😫😫 So I know you said to use multiple devices but to NOT log into your same account or else it’ll think you’re a bot BUT what I’m confused about is that the army membership thing will choose people so that they can get early tickets and let’s say I got chosen but then how do I use other devices because won’t Ticketmaster not let other devices who are not in the army membership get early tickets? I’m sorry if I made no sense but I really need help and don’t know how exactly to word it 😫
I don’t think you’ll be able to use the multiple device method for presales, as mentioned there’s only one code and they’re trying to keep bots out so you’ll probably be kicked out if you try using your membership info on multiple devices at the same time
I literally watched ur video like last week on tips and I can say this was the biggest help I was able to get silver Soundcheck for MetLife day 1 section 9! I am soo happy and thank you for this awesome video
trust me, you'll get to go. i was in the speak yourself queue for 2 hours and when it finally loaded, i had so many emotions in a split second. my first thought was "damn it, no more floor", but i looked and saw thousands of upper level seats left. the concert was a 10/10, and of course i'm making sure i get lower level this time, but you. will. get. to. go. don't give up!
i have a question! let’s say the queue begins at 2:50 when tickets go on sale at 3:00, but i get onto ticketmaster at 2:35. Will i automatically be put into the queue once 2:50 hits, or would i have to refresh the page once 2:50 hits to be put in the queue?
@@bubblyeo this is actually the most useful thread I've seen about the queue that I've actually been wondering about😂👍. In 2015 when I went to their red bullet tour in Chicago, I'm pretty sure Ticketmaster had nothing like that. It was just refresh and seats started graying out and disappearing so fast 😭😭😭
2:31 wait so if you weren’t logged in the other 2 devices didn’t you have to put in your card information right then and there?? Wouldn’t that make your tickets vulnerable and get taken by others since you’re taking longer to put in that information?
Not sure if someone commented about AXS but I’m from Texas so I used it a few times. -it has the same queue system as Ticketmaster -I’ve used the same account for multiple devices with no issues but I’m not sure if this has been updated -you have to select tickets directly from the map. There’s no drop bar with all the tickets listed. -basically the same as Ticketmaster overall tho
thank u for saving me!!!! I have a few questions: say that I'm on ticket master with my phone, laptop and iPad, and I'm logged into ticket master on my laptop, but not my iPad and phone. If my iPad was the first one to get out the queue and I'm about to buy the tickets and I have to create an account/login, won't it slow down the process (so the timer given will carry on running)? what stage does it tell you to login? if I have to sign into my iPad if I log in using the same account as I'm using on my laptop, will it kick me off the server? Thank you! xo
It won't slow down the process because you already have the tickets :) it should ask you to login after you selected the tickets that you want. only be signed into one device it doesn't matter which one. ☺️
When I refreshed the queue for bts my place in line was the same! It doesn’t matter if you refresh or not. I got tickets for cotton bowl day one today and for anyone buying tomorrow, refresh if you want to or don’t it doesn’t matter. Also, use the Ticketmaster website!
For VividSeats - I’ve used Vivid for three BTS concerts and Jingle Ball and it worked every time :) usually Vivid is actually a tad cheaper than StubHub or even Ticketmaster verified (Ticketmaster has verified resale, for those of you who don’t know. But it’s usually really expensive). One of my personal pieces of advice is to check Ticketmaster verified first, then check StubHub and Vivid. Unfortunately Vivid does not give the seat number, however, if a ticket is on all three of these sites (sometimes StubHub does not give seat numbers either, it’s optional for the seller to provide seat numbers, so if that is not available, you have to go off of the section and row alone, and for Vivid you always have to go off of section and row and just hope it is the same ticket as the others), it’s usually safe to say that it’s a real ticket actually being sold by someone. Even if it is just on two of those sites, you can trust a little more that it is legit. Often a seller will list tickets on all three or two of them, so if you see them available on all three, you can trust in that a little more :) sorry this is probably confusing, I’m tired and have had a lot of stress lately so I’m having a hard time explaining things properly, but I hope this can help someone. 💜 simply put it: you should check all three sites and see if certain tickets are available on all three of them, because if they are, then they are probably legit. Once again, Vivid won’t have the exact seat number, so you ARE taking a chance with that one that they may not be the same tickets you are looking at on the other two sites, however, if they are in the same section and row, and there are the same amount of tickets available, then it’s a good chance they’re the same.
Hi I hope u don’t mind me asking a few questions. I know you’ve been answering a lot. 1. If I were to buy 2 tickets (one for myself and one for my best friend) with my debit own card, will she be able to get in ? I’ve heard ppl say that the name on the ticket needs to match the persons I.D. (?) Or something along those lines. 2. Kind of the same as #1 but if my mom were to buy our tickets with her card instead on her account , does she have to be there when entering ? 3. I also heard that while waiting in line if your device goes dark and goes to your home screen (on a phone for example) you lose your spot in line . Is this true? Thanks for making these videos! They’re really helpful since this is my first time buying tickets . I’m hoping for Chicago ! :)
Not sure if i can answer your questions but for 1. It depends on if they make personalized tickets! I never heard of BTS making personalized tickets before but for example Ed Sheeran had them for his concert tour to prevent overpriced ticket resale and you had to show the person who bought the ticket's ID to get in. But if it's not announced then you shouldn't have to worry about 1. and 2. ^^
i don't think so because my dad bought my ticker under his credit card and i was still able to get in. also, i buy tickets for me and my friend and she was able to get in so you'll be fine.
buying multiple regular tickets is fine, it's the soundcheck tickets that people reference when they talk about the IDs. they won't check for IDs for regular tickets! for #3, i believe you would lose your spot. you want to keep your phone on that screen only and not click off (they basically are trying to kick people out of the line that way, so be vigilant!). you are also hoping for chicago!! i wish you luck
i got tickets to go see them in may (soundcheck!!!) thanks to tour tips! you have no idea how happy i am,,, you’re a fucking angel for making these videos!! tysm!!! 🥺💘
I'm so afraid that the ticket sale starts while I'm at school because then my dad would have to try to get tickets and I'm sure he is gonna be too slow or will give up too fast or sth...😢 getting tickets would literally mean the world to me 💜 but I still have a question: when you get to the part with the map (you said it is important to choose the ticket quantity first and then select the tickets on the right side of the screen) and try to get tickets on the right side (I hope yk what I mean) , how can you see where the seats you selected are? Linke near to the stage or whatever? I hope you could undestand me, I'm not really good at english but I'll keep studying 🤞🤧
I’m not trying to get barricade or even floor I’m honestly trying to get one of the cheap nosebleed seats and I was wondering how hard is it going to be fighting for those?
i think i can help-- getting a nosebleed seat is for sure easier. by the time the ticket buying slows down, and say you're kind of back into the line, usually when you get in after awhile all that's left will be those back seats. last year i bought a ticket over the phone but went on the app an hour later just to see and by that time the majority of people had gotten their ticket, so i got in pretty quickly and there were just far back seats left
i was in queue for 2 hours and when it finally loaded, nosebleeds were available. you just have to move quickly once you're in there because those still go while you're shuffling around in there 🤣.
Ya'll be talking about which tickets to get, plans and all while I'm stressing cuz I live in Norway and I'm very young so my parents would NEVER. But those two TBD concerts give me hope, I really wish they come to Scandinavia.
thank you this was so helpful I was literally taking notes I’m so nervous! 😭 few questions: ~do you have tips on going to concerts by yourself - and how early should I get there if I had a VIP or P1 ticket? ~if I wanted to buy merch, when should I do that if I don’t want to lose a place in the queue on the day (?) ~I’m super short so I feel like if I don’t get P1 I’m just going to go for a ticket with seating instead of the floor, but do you recommend P2 or P3 etc? does queuing on the day matter with the closeness of the stage in these sections.. sorry this is my first time going by myself and I’m super stressed lol and I’m a whole ass adult ☠️
I really want to try for the SKZ one in London.. should I try and find others going as well online? also I remember you saying in the last video people resell tickets on twitter, but how do you know they’re reliable 🤧
i went to the love yourself tour last year and i had a vip ticket, the numbering started at 9am and i was at the venue around 2am (it was freezing cold and i only had a sweater and an aluminium blanket so don’t make my mistake and have something to keep you warm) so when it was time for the numbering i had the number 30 so that means i was let in the venue as the 30th person when the concert started and i was barricade,, i hope this helped :)
they will have the army bombs, t-shirts, hoodies, premium photos, and i think other little goodies? but i'm not sure about the goodies. a lot of fans will give out freebies as well so keep an eye open for those
I’ve seen them 4 times and my best advice is don’t panic! The first two times I was able to get tickets right away. The last two times I struggled with Ticketmaster and couldn’t get any. But within a week lots of people were selling tickets. There are groups on Facebook where you can buy and sell directly with other fans. I was able to get two different sets of tickets including good floor ones this way. I would also say don’t think you will have a bad time if you don’t get the exact seats you want. I’ve sat pretty far away, good seats to the side of the stage, and good floor seats. I had an amazing time in all those seats and honestly the floor was probably my least favorite. Good luck!
I'm confused how resales work: do you arrive at the venue with your already-purchased ticket and then get your new ticket for a lower price? Sorry I'm confused. Thanks for the video!
@@moonrisegalaxy I meant to say I knew it was still on the website but i'm never able to understand how people can get tix an hour before the concert, especially when they live hours away
Harmony Lasko she was already in the area, like she lives near Chicago so for her to get a cheap ticket an hour before was convenient. Also for buying a ticket the morning of, she would have already planned to buy a ticket and would have planned out like her journey and everything you would normally do if you brought the ticket months before. with resale, you’re literally buying a ticket off someone else who doesn’t want it, and the closer you get to the concert, these people start making them cheaper bc they want to sell it. So she waited to get it really cheap
Membership: So members get to buy tickets (a limit of 2) 2 days before general sales. But because there are more members than tickets available , THATS why it's more like a raffle. But honestly not everyone can drop 80$ for the membership (It says 30$ on Weply but shipping can vary where you live) So if you don't already have the membership at this point, save the money for normal presale/general ticket day!
Not sure if this was already asked, but I signed up for the BTS Global Army Pre-Sale. I’m assuming if picked for the pre-sale, they’ll give a code to log in. Do you think that using multiple devices would still work for pre-sale?
Jiki Barcelon Same here, and I don’t think it would. Since you have to give your code to get into the queue, I have a feeling that multiple devices wouldn’t work out well since you’d have to be logged in on each one and I don’t know if the servers would appreciate that (I’m thinking if we did that they might kick us out as a bot that got in)
xy z From what I know, you are not guaranteed to get a ticket. None of the people who have registered for the presale know if they’re going to be “invited” to it until the day before it happens. On the other hand, I’m assuming if you DO get invited to the presale, you’ll certainly be able to get a ticket. This applies to North America and Canada only at this time.
MJVids if I understood it correctly there’s a queue before the actual sale. (About 30-45 minutes earlier) U can enter the pre-queue so when the actual sale starts later your automatically in the real queue for the tickets. But it doesn’t matter when u join the pre-queue as long as you get there before the sale starts bc when it begins your queue number will be randomly selected. If u don’t join the pre-queue and enter the queue only when it starts u will be last and they might be sold out already.
Hey i love your videos and thanks for helping me bc I rlly need to try and get these tickets. I’m planning on getting Wembley tickets and I want to go with a friend and try to get v.i.p tickets but pay separately. How can I get seats with her for standing?
SSE indoor arena or stadium? Either way I don’t think you can get tickets separately and still sit together, the better option would be to decide who is going to buy the tickets and then send the money to whoever is paying, that way you’ll definitely be together...you don’t actually get to choose exactly which seats you have here in the U.K, just the section you sit in
Don't know why I'm making myself depressed watching these when there are no dates to look forward to. I only even became a BTS fan 5 months ago, but i want to go to a concert already 😭
2:31 You said that you were logged into your laptop and then your ipad went through. But did you have to loge out your account on your laptop in order to log in on your ipad? And when you logged in your ipad with the account were the Card numbers saved already?
@@galaxy_rae hello :) so does this mean you logged into your account on your iPad after securing tickets (the same place you would be at when entering payment info, etc.) ?
This is a very good question. I tried this for BTS jingle ball. I was on a laptop and signed on my phone. Ticket master said on my lap top, that I am logged on another device and it would let me buy the tickets. What is your experience and and advice? How would I trouble shoot this?
Hello Army ! Can someone help me please. So I know different cities go on sale at different times the day of the membership presale but does anyone happen to know if the presale code can only be used once like for example if I tried it for Chicago and was unsuccessful could I attempt to use it for Los Angeles tickets which go on sale a few hours later ?
Damn I should have watched this video before I got my Stray Kids tickets...I still got them, but they aren't the best. I also have a question. For the BTS 2020 Tour, should I get membership? Apparently you can get them before others on February 5th. Should I? Or should I risk it on the day where they are open for everyone? Someone help this desperate girl
The membership is 30$, but shipping can vary where you live. I live in Minnesota, USA and ended up paying nearly 80$ for mine. You can see how much it would cost for you, but maybe save the money and sign up for the regular presale!
Saeran Choi The barricade is the nearest place you can get to the stage. So there is the stage, in front of the stage a little space for security etc. and then there comes the barricade which behind it the fans are staying.
@@skye6121 it doesn't include soundcheck. from what i know, they have this limit amount of people that purchased the GA tickets are selected. I think it was like the first 500 or something, but idk if it is going to be the same.
I love your tips they are so helpful but I have a quick question about the accounts! If you gonna create new ones does the info need to be totally different? Like can't be same name, same address? Or only emails are different are that's fine?
You're helping me go into my Itzy ticketing experience today more confident than I was. I know a lot of it comes down to luck, but I feel like at this point I've done everything I could to prepare which is helping me feel a bit less anxious since the rest is out of my hands and down to luck, the skill is there now. Thank you Unnie!
I don’t understand we’re going to be told in advance the day and time tickets are released right?? I heard some armys saying they’re going to release them as a surprise
Haniyya Ejaz Yes! Check Ticketmaster! The deadline for the BTS Membership presale stuff is sometime on February 2nd, and the Membership presale should be on Feb 5, then Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan presale on Feb 6, and then general public sales after that... I’m assuming the 7th but I forgot to check when I was looking at it before! Just keep checking Ticketmaster about the BTS stuff 😁
RL I’m so excited, this may end up being my first BTS concert and thankfully buying the Membership has actually came in handy despite not being from Korea lol
they will be *no more* than $400 *including* taxes per ticket, assuming they do not change their prices for this tour. i paid about $280 total for my floor seat, but i was not barricade!
Last year me and my friend were like ready food ,pjs on , playlist ready (hype list ) and depressed list just Incase we didn’t get some . But we did get them but before something happens we got like logged out we screamed all the way till we got back in 😂
are you sure you can buy tickets without signing in? because when i tried to buy tickets, it was going through, & i had to sign in again, so, should we not sign it, get our tickets & then sign in when it asks us to??
@@galaxy_rae If we are signed in on one device (i.e., phone), but get tickets on a different device (i.e., laptop), do we need to sign out of the account on the phone and sign in on the account on the laptop in order to purchase the tickets? Sorry if that is confusing. Just trying to make a streamlined plan! Seems like every second is vital 😖
foxlunacy @Princess Galaxy I had the same question BC she said not to sign in to multiple devices with the same acc, so if I'm signed in on my laptop, but my iPad lets me buy tickets, do I have to sign out of my laptop in order to log into my iPad?
I think you are the best youtuber who explained everything clear and simple. Thank you for your advices, I hope I will get the ticket for the bts tour in Berlin. 🥳
you don't have to! my arms would've been hurting the whole time 🤣 now since i'm more prepared to get floor AND i'm working i can afford to splurge on a costly ticket, and even more since i won't be spending $60 on an army bomb.
i've heard that for bts tickets nowadays (and i'm pretty sure txt in march is gonna be even more strict w the photo ID) that they check your name and stuff. how does reselling work if that person originally bought the ticket under their name?
I think I’m going to try to get tickets for the MOTS 2020 tour and I have absolutely no experience but your videos are so helpful. Could also make a video on just the concert experience in general and what do to when you get there? Thank you so much!
This is literally my first attempt at getting tickets and I’m aiming for soundcheck/barricade... I’ll let you guys know how it went after the tickets go on sale lol pray for me
Good luuuck!! and YES PLEAAAASE LET US KNOW HOW TO GET THEM (because it wasn t mentioned in the video how to get VIP tickets). And also I m still VERY confused: are soundcheck/barricade tickets = the VIP tickets? and if someone could please tell me about floor seats, are they included in VIP tickets too?
With the new Presale Access Codes thing, I don't think using multiple devices is possible anymore (Atleast not for ARMY Membership presales. Might be possible w/ the Verified Fan presale if you have multiple phone numbers you could use). Even if you log in to different accounts, the access code is only compatible with the account it got linked with and it is also a unique code so I doubt we will be able to use the access codes more than once.
Thanks for info. My suggestion is that you set up your account in advance because you can already have your pay info saved and that will save time. Also, if you already have one, check your Ticketmaster account in advance .My Ticketmaster password wasn't saved and I couldn't remember it. Didn't want to reset it since I knew my Google passwords had it stored and when I put it in, it had expired. I had to reset it anyway. They had to send me a code. I thought I could just change the last digit but it wouldn't accept it so I had to come up with a totally new password. I wouldn't want anyone to have that added stress of not being able to sign right in on that day.
Don't really understand presale either. But, as someone who has a membership, I'm hoping to get the presale availability because they are apparently early access and FLOOR seats. SO, I'm cool with it. And General Verified Fanclub confused the SHIT out of me, but I guess it's the same, but EVERYONE can apply for a chance a presale for probably second best and other cheaper seating, unless there are some front seats that are still open. And obviously official sale is the leftovers. I'm HOPING to get ONE of the presale tickets. My fiancé and I get married on May 23rd and I'm getting these tickets as a wedding gift.
Do you think you can do a video explaining about how the whole floor seats or general admission seats work? ...and also if you HAVE to camp out for the GA/floor tickets?🥺i need help pls :(
Have you used SeatGeek before? It is my new favorite thing! They organize and rate the tickets based on best price and location, the fees are not bad either. I got my ATEEZ tickets from them and it was very easy. I would recommend checking it out!
i was able to get floor seats last year at soldier field by calling ticketmaster directly, but this year they won't be selling tickets over the phone (literally only because of ARMY, they had to stop the phone tickets when they released the second round of dates). buying their tickets is so stressful, i'm just glad they are going to more than just three stadiums here so hopefully it won't be as crazy. i'm so determined to go with my online friend! it would be our first time meeting. i will buy resale tickets (cheaper resale! not thousands of dollars) if i have to. their concerts are truly special... you don't wanna miss out. also, thinking about buying tickets again is stressing me out so bad NOO
HEYYY YALL: so it's come to my attention that Ticketmaster will currently *not let you buy a ticket without creating an account.* This has never happened to me before but it seems like things have changed!
So now you can just go through a process like normal and once you're prompted to, *you can sign into Ticketmaster or create an account after you selected your seats.*
I just want to update you guys on that. Everything else is the same, you won't lose your tickets or anything like that. Thanks and love you 💜
Princess Galaxy Thanks for this! My only concern is that if I had multiple accounts with the same credit card info, Ticketmaster will block me. Idk man this shit’s so messy.
should i not get multiple accounts or should i just stick to the one i use regularly?
What if each person trying has their own account? For example, I'm logged into my Ticketmaster account (that has my info) on my phone, my mother is logged into her account which has her info, not mine, on her phone, and my friend is logged into her account from her laptop but we're all in the same room (ie using the same wifi and IP address) Will that work or would it still kick us off?

FYI Queue is pronounced simply as "Q" thanks for the great tips!!
AXS is pretty similar to ticketmaster, you get put into the queue (pronounced like the letter Q) and then when you go into the actual ticketing section of the website you can choose your section and then pay, and the checkout is also timed...I recommend queuing half an hour early just as a precaution for AXS especially here in the UK where it’s a major ticketing service ☺️
thank you 👌🏽
I don’t think you can use axs for tickets this year

About the BTS ARMY MEMBERSHIP! (In North America) WE HAVE PRESALE TICKET ACCESS! You have to register your Weply account and then REGISTER AGAIN through Ticketmaster so they’re linked, and THEN (if you’re “invited” after being verified on I think Feb. 4th because the sale is on Feb. 5th) you get a special code to enter the presale (basically they’re getting rid of bots)
Because apparently you need to be signed in (and use your special code they’ll email you) I don’t think it’ll work being able to do the Membership registration the multiple device method, because you’d have to be logged into all of them at once. I COULD BE WRONG, but I’ve done research (since I’m a member myself) and I do believe us members, PRESALE-wise, will need to use one device. But, overall we do get first pick and there’s less of us than the non-member fans, so we shouldn’t have to fight quite as hard (Although there is indeed still a fight to get the tickets, and the ones that you want)
You can also become a Verified Fan through Ticketmaster only and they have a presale as well!
But this is my first time having the chance to go to a BTS concert so I also don’t know what they normally do
so, HI, joslynne here, and ummmm, i’m SUPER DUPER stressed about this and i’ve atleast watched twenty THOUSAND tip videos on buying concert tickets. but watching them doesn’t help me anymore, it just makes me more stressed.... everyone says something different and i don’t know what to do anymore.... i’ve been an army for 5-6 years now and i have YET to see bts in concert, and i want my first time to be floor tickets..... and everyone says it’s so hard to get them😔 i just am really stressed😅😔✌🏻anyways, have a good day💓
I think the reason why people were getting confused whether to refresh or not is because there were some army’s going around on twitter making fake ticketing tips for new army’s to like use, but they kept telling them to do stuff which you aren’t supposed to do, so they were telling them to refresh when you’re in the queue but guys don’t do that cause you lose your place in the queue
oh thats so sad :(( hopefully new army know!
what seat is the best to get? im scared of getting front row incase my neck hurts from looking up
I cant tell you what is the best but I can telll you that You will be looking up from anywhere on the floor
Can we talk more about platinum, standard and vip packaged tickets?
The information you gave honestly is why I was able to get my tickets easily and efficiently. They may be nosebleeds, but I am so blessed that I am able to go. Thank you so much for the advice!!💜
you are so welcome 💜💜
It is one phone number per TM account. TM will ask you for a phone number which will attach itself to that particular TM account/email. You will then get sent a numerical code which you put into TM. Then you will enter the queue officially to purchase tickets. i experienced this while buying Monsta X tickets. You are no longer able to use multiple devices with one account. One phone number (it has to be a valid phone number) per ONE TM account.
Thank you so much this was so helpful! I'm really glad I know that stub huh is reliable no, I wasn't sure about it, but thank you for the info!
You're welcome. StubHub is bae lmaoo
also if someone says refresh, they probably mean if there's no running man thingy, since last time for example for london, there wasn't a running man aka a real queue, so in that case you should probably refresh a bit early. there's just a difference in how ticketmaster handles the different sales and sometimes makes the ways to wait different...
i’ve literally never been to a concert for bts so like what is soundcheck, barricade, and is floor seats just standing?? and what are the price ranges of those?

So I know you said to use multiple devices but to NOT log into your same account or else it’ll think you’re a bot BUT what I’m confused about is that the army membership thing will choose people so that they can get early tickets and let’s say I got chosen but then how do I use other devices because won’t Ticketmaster not let other devices who are not in the army membership get early tickets? I’m sorry if I made no sense but I really need help and don’t know how exactly to word it 😫
for the presales, you can only use 1 device because you get one code
I don’t think you’ll be able to use the multiple device method for presales, as mentioned there’s only one code and they’re trying to keep bots out so you’ll probably be kicked out if you try using your membership info on multiple devices at the same time
Queue is pronounced as "Q". You are so helpful - thanks.

Same and the fact that they haven’t announced Europe presale yet makes me more anxious
i have a question! let’s say the queue begins at 2:50 when tickets go on sale at 3:00, but i get onto ticketmaster at 2:35. Will i automatically be put into the queue once 2:50 hits, or would i have to refresh the page once 2:50 hits to be put in the queue?
Aurora where do you manually join the queue? Is it on the page that shows how long until the tickets go on sale?
@@bubblyeo So... when you say manually, does that mean that you have to refresh Ticketmaster in order to be put into the queue?
@@bubblyeo this is actually the most useful thread I've seen about the queue that I've actually been wondering about😂👍.

-it has the same queue system as Ticketmaster
-I’ve used the same account for multiple devices with no issues but I’m not sure if this has been updated
-you have to select tickets directly from the map.
Thank you so much 😭😭 they're finally coming to DC so i'm researching like crazy and on top of this it's my first concert so i'm STRESSED
Anitenshi thank u soo much!
mustachio thank you for the answer !❤️
buying multiple regular tickets is fine, it's the soundcheck tickets that people reference when they talk about the IDs. they won't check for IDs for regular tickets! for #3, i believe you would lose your spot. you want to keep your phone on that screen only and not click off (they basically are trying to kick people out of the line that way, so be vigilant!). you are also hoping for chicago!! i wish you luck

Thanks for the video!
nah resale is basically someone else putting their already bought tickets on the website again for sale (they're sometimes a little bit pricier)
Membership:
So members get to buy tickets (a limit of 2) 2 days before general sales.
Since you have to give your code to get into the queue, I have a feeling that multiple devices wouldn’t work out well since you’d have to be logged in on each one and I don’t know if the servers would appreciate that (I’m thinking if we did that they might kick us out as a bot that got in)
Jiki Barcelon i read that you can use the code only ONCE on one device. So you can only use one device for pre-sale. I hope this helps!
taecandy that makes sense since they’re trying to avoid bots, I’m definitely only going to use one device during the presale
Does this global pre-sale thing mean that you definately get a ticket? And does this also apply to Europe?
xy z From what I know, you are not guaranteed to get a ticket. None of the people who have registered for the presale know if they’re going to be “invited” to it until the day before it happens. On the other hand, I’m assuming if you DO get invited to the presale, you’ll certainly be able to get a ticket.
This applies to North America and Canada only at this time.
This isn't my first time buying bts tickits but I still struggle with buying them so this helped a lot tysm💜 I purple you for doing this
I heard someone mention pre-queue? What is that?
MJVids if I understood it correctly there’s a queue before the actual sale. (About 30-45 minutes earlier) U can enter the pre-queue so when the actual sale starts later your automatically in the real queue for the tickets. But it doesn’t matter when u join the pre-queue as long as you get there before the sale starts bc when it begins your queue number will be randomly selected. If u don’t join the pre-queue and enter the queue only when it starts u will be last and they might be sold out already.
Illeá Thanks!
Can someone please tell me why there are no tickets for london and berlin?? Please answer me!
Taking a shot every time you say "key" jsaks
can you go more in depth about the side bar when buying tickets?
Hey i love your videos and thanks for helping me bc I rlly need to try and get these tickets. I’m planning on getting Wembley tickets and I want to go with a friend and try to get v.i.p tickets but pay separately. How can I get seats with her for standing?
SSE indoor arena or stadium? Either way I don’t think you can get tickets separately and still sit together, the better option would be to decide who is going to buy the tickets and then send the money to whoever is paying, that way you’ll definitely be together...you don’t actually get to choose exactly which seats you have here in the U.K, just the section you sit in
Tia Spragg ok thx I’ve never been to a concert so I’m really hoping to go this year💜
I’m thinking stadium btw
Don't know why I'm making myself depressed watching these when there are no dates to look forward to. I only even became a BTS fan 5 months ago, but i want to go to a concert already 😭
you will be able to i promise!!
2:31 You said that you were logged into your laptop and then your ipad went through. But did you have to loge out your account on your laptop in order to log in on your ipad? And when you logged in your ipad with the account were the Card numbers saved already?
No I did not have to log out of my account on my laptop I just logged in with my iPad. 💙
You can see how much it would cost for you, but maybe save the money and sign up for the regular presale!
charlene Thanks!!! 👍❤️😊
Vivid seats is good but they are very expensive and don’t guarantee your exact seats or section. Also no refunds
Do you wanna get me a barricade ticket too?? I’ll pay you😂I’m so desperate to get good tickets. I really hope your tips work for me
Karsyn Boettner does barricade include soundcheck? i want barricade but not soundcheck bc i have an exam in the morning 🥺🥺
What are barricade tickets? What is a barricade? Sorry I’m new to this!
Karsyn Boettner What are soundcheck seats?
I love your tips they are so helpful but I have a quick question about the accounts! If you gonna create new ones does the info need to be totally different? Like can't be same name, same address? Or only emails are different are that's fine?
When ever they come to my city are they going to have the tickets for sale then or when the whole tour starts do I have to buy it then ???? Plz answer
When the whole tour starts
You're helping me go into my Itzy ticketing experience today more confident than I was. I know a lot of it comes down to luck, but I feel like at this point I've done everything I could to prepare which is helping me feel a bit less anxious since the rest is out of my hands and down to luck, the skill is there now. Thank you Unnie!
i am trying for itzy today too!! best of luck midzy i hope you get them!!
this makes me so happy 🥹
Krystal Ingram yep it’s the 7th :) we’re supposed to get emails the night before each presale confirming whether we’re selected, good luck y’all!!
RL I’m so excited, this may end up being my first BTS concert and thankfully buying the Membership has actually came in handy despite not being from Korea lol
Krystal Ingram I’m in the same boat!! Hope we both get to see them :) 💜
RL Agreed! Fighting!
how old do you have to be to go by yourself ?
i’m just curious how much is barricade tickets usually cost i’m trying to go to the florida concert 2020!
they will be *no more* than $400 *including* taxes per ticket, assuming they do not change their prices for this tour. i paid about $280 total for my floor seat, but i was not barricade!
I was in the barricade in hamilton last year and mine were about $350 canadian!
강리즈 I know I just tried that just now for Monsta X tickets and I had to log in to purchase it😫😫😫 HELP!
That happened to me too. It seems like we need an account anyway???
So it's changed now... Yes just sign in when told to! I'll let people know. Thank you
@@galaxy_rae If we are signed in on one device (i.e., phone), but get tickets on a different device (i.e., laptop), do we need to sign out of the account on the phone and sign in on the account on the laptop in order to purchase the tickets? Sorry if that is confusing. Just trying to make a streamlined plan! Seems like every second is vital 😖
foxlunacy @Princess Galaxy I had the same question BC she said not to sign in to multiple devices with the same acc, so if I'm signed in on my laptop, but my iPad lets me buy tickets, do I have to sign out of my laptop in order to log into my iPad?
I think you are the best youtuber who explained everything clear and simple.
Thank you for your advices, I hope I will get the ticket for the bts tour in Berlin. 🥳
can I ask a question
anyone who's been to a BTS concert before, do you HAVE to bring an ARMY BOMB?
Not really but if u want to u could,it makes a fun experience, they sell army bombs with the merch if u want one
you don't have to! my arms would've been hurting the whole time 🤣 now since i'm more prepared to get floor AND i'm working i can afford to splurge on a costly ticket, and even more since i won't be spending $60 on an army bomb.
You don't have to. I used my phone because I was broke😂
i've heard that for bts tickets nowadays (and i'm pretty sure txt in march is gonna be even more strict w the photo ID) that they check your name and stuff. how does reselling work if that person originally bought the ticket under their name?
Sorry, but my OCD kicked in. 😳 Que is pronounced "Q". 🙏
It's also spelt "queue"🙏
I think I’m going to try to get tickets for the MOTS 2020 tour and I have absolutely no experience but your videos are so helpful. Could also make a video on just the concert experience in general and what do to when you get there? Thank you so much!
Girl if ur going to the one in Chicago... let’s talks 😂
🤪🤪 let's meet up omg
I’d be down to meet too! 🙋🏽♀️
Yess! I’m tryna go to day 2🤪
Sydney Max same!
Sydney Max girl Im dying to go to day 2!!!! Let’s meet up !
I have literally become your biggest fan I swear
This is literally my first attempt at getting tickets and I’m aiming for soundcheck/barricade... I’ll let you guys know how it went after the tickets go on sale lol pray for me
Suga Kookie ME TOO! Good luck!
Do you think you can do a video explaining about how the whole floor seats or general admission seats work? ...and also if you HAVE to camp out for the GA/floor tickets?🥺i need help pls :(
This is going to be my second concert and I still need advice lol but thanks because I feel better ✨✨
Have you used SeatGeek before? It is my new favorite thing! They organize and rate the tickets based on best price and location, the fees are not bad either. I got my ATEEZ tickets from them and it was very easy. I would recommend checking it out!
SeatGeek is cool too!
i was able to get floor seats last year at soldier field by calling ticketmaster directly, but this year they won't be selling tickets over the phone (literally only because of ARMY, they had to stop the phone tickets when they released the second round of dates). buying their tickets is so stressful, i'm just glad they are going to more than just three stadiums here so hopefully it won't be as crazy. i'm so determined to go with my online friend! it would be our first time meeting. i will buy resale tickets (cheaper resale! not thousands of dollars) if i have to. their concerts are truly special... you don't wanna miss out. also, thinking about buying tickets again is stressing me out so bad NOO
thank you so much omg😭 this will be my first time buying tickets for bts and i'm scared, VERY scared
Does anybody know something about the tickets in Germany?
THANK YOU SOO MUCH
this is my first bts concert after being a 4 year army and this helped so much tyy!!
I have a question.... what do u do when u got the tickets and are sure to go to the concert. What do u do about them????
