I'll see a 777 and 787 of air canada still grounded due to Covid-19 pandemic nice landing of air tahiniti nui soft landing nice video bro outstanding video
Happy Canada Day to all of our neighbors to the north from Henderson, Nevada and especially to those in beautiful B.C. Miss you guys a lot as we can't travel up your way right now. Can't wait to get back for a visit. But I digress. Loved the way you opened the presentation with the big blue Air Tahiti Dreamliner. Really grabs your attention. Only got better after that. Loved it. Oh, and the eagles were pretty as well. Hope they were cleared to use that airspace.
No matter windy or Sunny thé flight will bé going💯💯❤️🌍 bravo captain continue relax you are best daily dont thinking lots 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤫😉💯❤️ cause certain god 😇😇 guides you protect inchaallaah dont worry i love this voice your voice wow!!🤫🤫😻😻😻💯❤️ Captain 😭😭 beauty bye!!💯❤️😇😉
Happy Canada Day eye trapper. Was the guy in the tractor waving at you as he was passing by? That's quite a mowing machine they have. Hawk Airlines at 8:25 calling in a missed approach and going around. Great looking views as always buddy. Hope your having a great week and looking forward to the next one.
So as to Air Tahiti Nui, there will also be another rare bird flying in soon called French Bee that will be doing the same thing, a fuel stop in YVR, However, Air France is monitoring and Testing the Papeete to YVR route because they want to start a route (and have filed for landing rights with YVR for an A350 on this route) using one of their planes for the Route. Exciting times coming to YVR hopefully soon. Your videos are so crisp and clear!
Thanks for that information! I was so surprised to see the Air Tahiti Nui fly over us while at the outlet mall shopping last month. And I believe I saw the French Bee at YVR today. Great footage by the way!
Happy Canada Day Mr ET. What better way to spend the holiday catching those graceful landings on a beautiful windy Vancouver afternoon. Just loved watching those planes coming in to land at YVR. Have a super summer in Beautiful BC.
Hello Eye Trapper, I am Martin and i am a video-planespotter from Zurich, Switzerland. I'm really enjoying each of your superb videos. What do you do to keep the picture so incredibly still, even in telezoom? Sure, you must have a good skilled hand and a tripod. But i'd like to know, how good is the optical image stabilizer of the RX10-IV in 4K mode? Greetings from Switzerland
Hello! I'm so glad that you enjoy my videos! 😁✌ my trick is to use a fluid head and a rubber band. Let me explain! I use a rubber band or rubber string to reduce my hand vibrations and any sudden movements. I attach it to my tripod head and move the camera side to side holding that. I also use a remote to control the zoom and to record! So I don't have to touch the camera. 😉 if you want to know about my equipment. It is all located on my about section.
Hello, thank you very much for your explanation! But i don't understand the thing about the rubber band. Do you attach it from the tripod head to your hand? Sorry, but i just don't get you... Thank you very much for helping and have a nice weekend
@@eyetrapper: Wow! The rubber band technique is blindingly obvious. Fascinatingly enough, given the price of the smallest camera component, it costs zero. Thank-you for sharing your technique.
Mi piace sentire belle voci maschili e oggi sopra il ruggito dei motori in landing il fischio del falco che poi e' stato inquadrato. Interessante anche notare la rotazione inversa delle grandi eliche al posto del reverse dei boing
I saw one of the Air Tahiti Nui 787's on downwind for one of YVR's 26's today; pretty! Question: how long is their layover in YVR before they go on their next leg, either way? (to Papeete or Paris)
Thank-you sir for a most enjoyable 11:30 minutes of some great video clips. Slowly but surely, I am catching up on all the videos of my favorite plane-spotters. Indeed I am late but can always hope that you have time to read my comment. Among your videography skills, I like how you generally keep all your videos to 30 minutes or less. It gives me time to thoroughly enjoy them. I can tell that things are heating up in Vancouver by the heat waves emanating from the ground. I have done my homework, and as of yet, there is no way I have found to edit those out. I only mention this because as you remember, you gave me permission to post screen captures on some of my “Facebook” favorite sites, and the heat waves do distract from viewing distinct features. Nevertheless, the ambient lighting seemed absolutely ideal. All of the clips had exceptionally great exposure and contrast. However, I do have a question for you. Do you use ND filters, or is it just that the day was beautiful? As for the aircraft themselves, I do so appreciate you including the clips of the Dash-8’s, because flying on turboprops really brings back wonderful memories for me. The clips of the Korean Air A330 also reminded me of one of the best flights I ever took. I had to fly to Seoul on business and made a connection in Tokyo on a Korean Air 747. In short, if you ever have the opportunity to fly on Korean Air, I would grab it. That was the first flight in decades in which the hospitality made me think I was a king and the only one on the aircraft. The flight attendants were all ladies, and each one was manicured so well that they all looked like porcelain dolls, without a hair out of place. Their uniforms were spotless and perfectly tailored. I did not want to get off the aircraft. One other thing that had me doing some research was the American Airlines A319 in America West retro livery. On other posts, I noticed that American Airlines was doing other retro liveries, so I looked up how many of their aircraft did they paint with the liveries of other merged airlines. In the entire world, American had the most with 8 aircraft, 7 of which were of merged airlines, and 1 in the airlines livery from 1964-1968. One of the things about which I always seem to gripe is how plain the airlines are now painting their aircraft. In the past, they indeed used the entire aircraft as a canvas, and the retro liveries were to me so much more inviting, with one exception. Before it ceased operations in 1982, Braniff International Airways for some reason adopted this “jelly bean” paint scheme, which to me was disgustingly ugly. Sir, thank-you so very much for the video. As always, I am looking forward to viewing your next post.
Thanks mate! I'm glad you enjoy my videos! Indeed summer is here and so are those dreaded heat waves. That's why I like bad weather spotting more. 😄 I don't use a filter. Mostly because it takes the clarity and quality away. I wish KE still sent the 747 to YVR, they were a treat to see. Oh awesome! Guess I have to give them try them! Indeed American has some awesome retros. I wish other airlines would adopt the same concept, especially Air Canada. I would love to see a CP Air retro on a 787 or 777. And i agree 100%. I wish some airlines kept their old liveries, especially China Eastern. And I also wish airlines would be more creative with their planes. Thanks again mate! Have a good one! ✌
