Thank you for your years of service, sir. Although you weren't able to help rescue the victims, you were there to help recover them and give their families closure. Such a sad day in history. RIP all those lost that day and those with lingering health issues as a result to the aftermath.

Those first responders are a special breed for sure, impressive with those going beyond their tasks as well, too sad they did not have good leaders telling them the air was not toxic so they are still suffering and dying from that terrible moments...

FDNY on 9/11 ... a brotherhood that will go down in US history along with other hallowed groups x events, like 8th Air Force in WWII European theater; 16th and 116th Infantry Regiments on Omaha Beach D-Day; 7th Cavalry at La Drang Vietnam; the 23rd, 25th, and 27th Marine regiments at Iwo Jima in WWII Pacific theater; Mission Control & Crew of Apollo 13; The Sullivan Brothers on USS Juneau in WWII; Navy Seal Team 6 at the final justice for bin laden; and so many more like Billy Denis. My God, where do find men like this? Our country is so lucky there are men like this because I don't think it's common in others.

I miss the week after 9/11, I miss what America was that week, everyone, everywhere... loved one another, strangers hugged one another, families helped families they didn't know, people who gave up their time, potentially risking their lives, to help bring others loved ones home, even if it was in a body bag, they were doing their best to get everyone home. Didn't matter if you were, white, black, Asian or whatever... Americans were Americans that week.. sadly we cant say that Muslims were treated very well following 9/11 but aside from that, the America of the week of 9/11, is what I wish America could be all the time, forever.
If I were old enough at the time, id have been there the next day, helping dig out... but I was only 13 1/2 years old on 9/11...
every time I see interviews with people like this guy, people who were retired, off the job, still went into work like it was any other day and you know what? Not a single one ever complained about not being paid for not being there... they wanted to be there, they wanted to get their friends, they wanted to get to their brothers and sisters... and they were willing to risk their lives to do it... nothing but respect for these people.

Dying and then being resurrected isn't even a sacrifice if you're god. People always talking like it's something amazing Jesus did. People die every day for others, and don't get resurrected.

History will repeat and he was right all the wars we faced korean, vietnam world war 1 and 2 its all related especially pearl harbor no kids today will understand that all these wars we face in the 18th 19th 20th and 21st century is all the threats we will face in the future and its important for younger generations to understand all this like us boomers and us 90s babies we lived through it and it will happen again within generations to come if someone or somebody takes these threats seriously cause eventually our time on earth will end and God will choose who will go to heaven and who will go to hell its like facing a judge who will be set free or will be in prison for life always remember even through bad days to always remain positive no matter how hard it is but with me i just smile and remain silent until good comes around and always focus on the good rather than bad negative people always want to spread hate cause what anyone believes is all a lie that why real, authentic, transparent people are so rare theses days so always make the best of it until our time on earth comes to an end God bless those all sacrifice your lives for us from the american revolutionary war all the to 9/11 or so call the iragi invasion of 2003 we will see you all soon...amen❤

This has nothing to do with the victims, the sheep, who knew nothing about nothing that day. This coming from someone who lived it, witnessed it and knew those who lost loved ones, REAL PEOPLE.
But it’s just a shame to me that most either havent, or never, caught on. Smh.
