Hi, just found your channel 🙂 Your picture is of San Francisco including the old houses - if you google SF's 'Painted Ladies" (that sounds slightly suspect but I swear it's not, LOL), you will see them, including similar to the scene you have - they're all real and not super imposed. There's a Wiki on them and everything 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
Also if you peel back the white cover 1/2 way and lay it back down and then peel it back 1/2way in the other direction and lay it back down it will flatten out. Just be careful not to create rivers in the glue
This is double sided adhesive which is like double sided tape thats why it can lift off the canvas. If it has white covers like this its double sided adhesive and if it has the clear covers it is poured glue which is better because it cant get bubbles and rivers in it like the double sided adhesive ones do
What you have is double sided adhesive, which can be very frustrating because it gets creases and what some call rivers in it and if severe enough can ruin the painting. The best kind of adhesive is poured glue and you can tell the differance between the double sided adhesive and the poured glue because the double sided adhesive is covered with an opague white covering like the one you got and the poured glue comes covered with a clear plastic sheet. Many prefer poured glue because of a bad experience with double sided adhesive. I myself have never bought a double sided adhesive painting and i hope i never do by accident or any other way, i prefer hands down poured glue only.
That painting is beautiful. I’ve heard a lot of good things about Ever Moment and now I see why. That packaging is brilliant! Maybe need to give Ever moment a try, only ordered from Huacan and Homfun so far.
