This is prob one of the best interviews I've watched not just because of the format( which I think it's great) but also because he sounds so genuine and honest and not afraid of speaking his mind about what he's asked about

well, since I have been a bit into training in my earlier years, it is a very well known fact. Very few people who have a sick pack are actually eating what they want and it is because their genetics allow them to. The rest - it is strict regiments with measured portions and no carbs...

@@iamvain actually, I am a girl. I come from a small town which produced two European champions in Bodybuilding. It is gruelling what they put their bodies under at times..Plus, who needs abs? Beauty is temporary, personality is till you die ;)
